Perfect for big group

We had 16 adults and two babies stay here for Breck Oktoberfest. It was very spacious and well stocked and close enough to walk to Main St. Would definitely stay here with a large group again!

Beautiful

Absolutely beautiful home with plenty of space for the whole family! Enjoyed the pool table, hot tub and the large living space! We had soo much fun and we would stay here again!

Weekend Getaway

This property was great! It’s perfect for large groups of friends or family, a great house for lots of couples. Easy walk to the bus stop for riding into town or up the mountain. I would definitely come back to this property again.

Great house.

Awesome home in a super quiet neighborhood. Lots of space for all our family. Had moose come through the back yard that amazed our out of state family. And who doesn't love Breckenridge. Highly recommend this place

Great location. Big space for a large group/ several families. Dated home, a few issues with hot tub, oven, and living room heat but they came to fix them the next day.

Impromptu Get away!

We had planned a trip to Lake Tahoe but due to weather, shifted and found this house last minute. It was too good to be true, the entire experience was so great that we are Trying to book for next year! The house is set up perfectly for multiple families and the kids area downstairs keeps the noise far from master suites! Great lay out and so convenient to ski slopes.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Can't beat the location for a ski trip. Quick walk up the road to the slopes and you can ski right back to the house. Five minute drive to town. Plenty of room for our large group. Hot tub, grill and fireplace got plenty of use.

Generally good

It's a beautiful home, it's not the best house and service we can find with this money but it served what they offer. The communication is confusing because everytime i call or message made and agreement with, next time is another person communicating who has no clue on prior communication. We end up tipping cleaner a lot for late checking that we already communicated. BUt it's all good at the end.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall we were pleased with the house. There was plenty of room allowing private space along with a acceptable space to gather. The house is conveniently close to the slopes. There were a couple in our party that would prefer not to walk the 150 yards to ski out however the ski in was nice for sure. The property was cleaner than most. I admit I am a clean freak so a 4 out of 5 is pretty good. The property management employees were great and timely in their response. The house is slightly dated but overall it was well equipped and served us nicely.

Great Ski House for 2 Big Families

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This season marked the 20th consecutive year of skiing together over new year for our families. Needless to say, the kids have grown and most are married; however, somehow all of us have managed over the years to ski together. We have visited numerous homes in different resorts. This home proved to be a great ski house for us. We love the proximity to peak 8 base and easy ski in access every afternoon. In the mornings we simply walked up to Trygve’s Run and skied down. The place has plenty of room for everyone to be together, and a fantastic second living area to enjoy. The home was clean and communication with Chris and his staff was excellent. We would definitely stay again when we return to Breck.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: A few things to improve:* other comments that are still appropriate: main suite toilet wobbles (needs shims?). Dryer doesn’t dry well...even on hottest setting.* power outlets in some of the suites by sink do not work* frig filter says it hasn’t been changed (max 99 days). It would be nice to have another full frig at such a large home.* labels on lights would be good* a notebook with info on TV’s, local activities, trails, restaurants, etc. would be VERY beneficial. Your texts focused on winter trips..we were summer.* fixed: drain in upper suite shower. Downstairs tv changed out to Roku by tech. Wi-Fi needs extender to get good signal downstairs. Upstairs tv needed new remote to stream, but wasn’t fixed during our stay. I spent too much vacation time on tv issues.. ugh!

Didn't dry well, and left clothes very covered with lint. Fan in lower basement fire place loud.Fireplaces in 1st floor not very functional for us. Not clear that flue in both 1st floor fire places working. You need directions on how to use fireplaces. Would have been nice to have a hatchet to make kindling from wood. Not nearly enough toilet paper for a full house for 6 days. Toilet in 1st floor Master Bedroom needs shims underneath it - it rocks now.Floor fan in big living room floor vent needs to be replaced - very noisy (as noted in earlier emails). There was no corkscrew to open wine.

Great house - don't leave anything behind

This review would have been a five star if not for two precious items left behind that the cleaning people could not or would not admit to finding. My grandson left his two well loved stuffed animals on the large sofa pictured in the ads for this unit. We are absolutely positive they were there. We notified the rental company within two hours and filled out the lost and found form. Cruncher and Ocean, the beloved stuffies were said to never be found. The cleaning fee we paid was several hundred dollars yet we are missing two priceless items. Very disappointing. The house fully met our needs. It was roomy, clean, lots and lots of towels for everyone who enjoyed the hot tub. The house is so spacious we all had privacy and space to spread out. The location was super for hiking and going to town. We had very good response from the rental company when we texted them. I highly recommend the unit, just be sure you don’t leave anything behind.

Rental company was responsive. Plenty of space for everyone. Lots of parking. There was one bathroom downstairs that doesn't lock. I think all bathrooms should have locks on them.
