    This cool condo is located on Peak 8 in Breckenridge, where you’ll enjoy breathtaking views of the Blue River Valley and Bald Mountain. Even better, it’s the less than 150 yards from the 4 O’Clock ski run! It’s also just a short drive or shuttle ride to downtown Breck. You and your group will love this place!

    This 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom deluxe condo is the perfect getaway for families or groups of up to four people. The mountain modern décor is beautiful, and you’ll feel right at home in front of the wood-burning fireplace and flat-screen TV in the living room. The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to whip up perfect mountain meals, and the stainless-steel appliances complete the modern look. There’s seating for four at the kitchen table and another two at the breakfast bar.

    Stepping out onto the balcony, you’ll love taking in the fresh mountain air and beautiful views! Other amenities include a washer/dryer in the condo and complimentary Wi-Fi. Plus, every Summit Mountain Rentals property comes stocked with plenty of linens, towels and hotel-like toiletries, and is professionally cleaned and inspected before each arrival. Our helpful staff is also available 24 hours a day to ensure you have everything you need to make your stay with us an unforgettable experience.

Great location! Unit was very clean and updated. The beds were a little firm but not too bad . Short walk through the parking lot, strap on the snowboard and away you go. Loved it

The condo was spotless, modern and perfect. I highly recommend it. The only challenge is that you have to drag your bags up and down many sets of stairs in an altitude that your body may not be used to. That proved challenging for me.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Summit Rental properties are in the best locations. We’ve stayed at several ski in, ski out condos and have never been disappointed. Great overall experience

The house is in a great location to catch the bus to the lift. You can also take 4 o'clock back to the condo it's great. The kitchen had everything you need and the view is great. Bring your climbing shoes its different going upstairs if your used to being at sea level.

Nice weekend getaway

Brief spring ski weekend with dad and daughter to Breck, and the accommodations were better than expected. Modern, fresh, clean, and thoughtful. We appreciated the provided humidifiers and USB Qi chargers. Kitchen was very well appointed although we mostly went to town after 4. Very quiet, never heard a neighbor. Short hike downhill (from the upper lot) to the 4 o-clock run was very convenient. Hope to stay here next year when it's time to ski again!

Beautiful scenery

The entire process was easy. The property was nice and clean and they had all the little amenities we needed. Even loved the humming birds that visited the bird feeder and the board games we played when the weather was bad. Everything looked new. The only issue we had was the "curtains" in main bedroom... sheer so don't try to sleep in late.

Well Equipped and great location

Four adults stayed in this nicely furnished and well appointed unit. It had everything we needed to cook multiple dinners. The grill was a plus. Two nicely sized bedrooms. One has en-suite and the other has the hall bath right outside. Plenty of storage. The kitchen had everything and I do mean everything, you think you need. Regular coffee pot as well as a Kuerig and an electric tea pot. Electric stovetop. Would absolutely stay again.

Amazing Stay in a Great Location

My family had a great time during our ski vacation at this property on Grandview Dr. The location was very convenient to Peak 8 of the Breckenridge Ski resort. We were able to ski/walk to an entrance to the Lower 4 O'Clock Run and ski down to the SnowFlake Lift and ride it up to the trails of Peak 8. When we were done skiing for the day, we were able to ski back down to the entrance to the road to the property and make a short walk back to the condo. The condo had a great view of the town below; beautiful views at night. The condo was perfect for a family of 4. We cooked several meals there and also made the short drive into town a few nights for dinner. Our boys (22 and 19) said it was a great find. Check in and check out was very convenient. They texted us to tell us that the condo was ready early. That was a nice surprise. We highly recommend this property. Thanks.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We really loved the condo. It was so clean and newly renovated. We cooked almost all our meals in the kitchen (and packed lunches for hikes) and had everything we needed. The location was perfect for hikes and downtown.The two of us only used the main bedroom, and the memory foam bed was very comfortable. Nice views of mountains from balcony and both bedrooms. Walking up to the 3rd floor was the only slight downside. The description says there are no spices/cooking oil. There actually were many spices there in mid-September 2021, but I'm sure they can't list that since there's no guarantee what will be there when you visit.
