Just perfect!

We loved our stay here! The home was clean and beautifully furnished. We were close enough and even walkedto downtown Breck. The beds were very comfortable, the sheets were nice quality and the beddings was warm and comfy. There were plenty of towels as well. The home was nicely stocked with soaps and things you may need. The mudroom was perfect to organize your skis,Boots abs helmets for at least 8 people. The fireplaces were easy to turn on and a very nice touch. We look forward to the opportunity to stay here again!

Just what we needed.

Seven of us, including 4 adults and 3 kids, thoroughly enjoyed our all-too-brief 4-night stay at this great condo. We would definitely consider staying here again and refer out to others.

Great location

Recommend this place if you are looking to stay close to everything that breck ski hill has to offer. On bus route or short drive Main Street or ski hill.

Great Property for Families

The townhome was spacious and well laid out for a large group such as a family. The kitchen was well stocked and there were three fireplaces - one on each floor!

Great location clean house

The communication with the owner was the best I have had, she was very informative and quick to respond. The kitchen was very well stocked with cookware making our meals was a breeze. The location being steps away from the shuttle was very convenient. Would definitely recommend this property to a friend and will stay here again.

Perfectly Located Condo with Lots of Space!

Couldn't ask for a better place to stay! The location is the ideal balance of quiet, scenery but close to all the action in town. You have plenty of space for everyone and being able to park 3 cars is really helpful too and rare. Chrissie the owner was great and ensured we had everything we needed. Overall a great weekend and look forward to staying again next chance.

Family Reunion

We chose this location for a family reunion so that we could be near extended family renting other properties in the area. This townhome was large enough to accommodate my mother, my oldest brother and his family and me and my immediate family. It was nice to have so many bathrooms and the 2 sets of bunk beds for us having so many teens with us. Will definitely stay again in the future

Nice condo and helpful owner

This condo had lots of room for our group of 6 adults, including more than enough beds for everyone. The kitchen was the best equipped of any condo we've stayed at. The owner Chrissie was very responsive and helpful.

Great place!!

Condo was very clean and had everything we needed. Fit all of us perfectly and there was plenty of room to be comfortable. Landlord was awesome with answering all my questions quickly and in detail about Breckinridge especially with Covid. Would recommend to families and definitely want to stay here again!

Beautiful location

We had a great week after a bumpy start, but Chrissie took care of everything. The Condo was great and we loved the gas fireplaces on each floor.

Nice Condo, Close to Town, Plenty of Space

Had a nice short stay in this close-to-town condo in the summer. House is fully stocked with working laundry, full kitchen, and deck. Off street parking provided, and a short walk to Main Street Breck. Recommend.

Excellent Property Manager

We had a slight hiccup upon check in but the owners more than addressed the issue and did so very quickly. The property was perfect for us. We basically needed a good place to stay that was walkable to town and this property checked those boxes. We only had 4 adults staying but it would easily host two full families. A nice mix between close to town and still having a mountain hiking trail right behind the unit. There are certainly fancier places to stay in Breck but this was a nice comfortable place to stay.
