“The location was perfect. The apartment was clean. A couple bits of feedback: there is no screen in the only window and this could be a hazard for small children. The sliding door does not have a bottom railing and this could also be dangerous / easily broken. The toilet ran, there was no enough hot water for a bath for my child.
