Not a Bad Property But Not Very Well Taken Care Of
The location was great. It was mostly quiet. The bed was comfy. But there were a few minor issues:
The parking pass was not where the arrival instruction specified.
The bi-fold closet doors in bedrooms were open when we checked in. The doors were not secured to tracks so couldn't be closed (one of the doors was missing a knob).
The trash can in the downstairs bathroom had not been emptied when we arrived.
The top of the dresser and the TV in the second bedroom were covered in thick dust.
The kitchen counter, the dining table and the coffee table were all filthy. The coffee table was sticky!
The remotes for the living room TV were no where to be found. Messaged the property manager but the response was not very helpful. We found them in the cabinet in the dining area where the puzzles and the games were kept. Someone put them in there and put a pillow on top of them.
The DirecTV receiver in the living room was not plugged in. After we plugged it in, we got 'the authorization has expired. Please call the Front Desk' error. Messaged the management company but the response was not helpful. It turned out the error was only for the local channels. So we just didn't watch those stations. The main bedroom TV didn't have this issue.
The windows in the loft didn't open.
There were very limited number of drinkware.
Not major problems so we didn't request them to be fixed but it would have been nice if we didn't encounter any of these.
