The Condo was very clean and in a good central location for our family spring break. It was an easy walk to the ski hill and to town. The pool area was a nice addition to relax after skiing. The host was easy to work with and very responsive. We would definitely stay again.

We had a great stay at this comfy condo - description was accurate, great location, and comfortable living space. But really, what made it stand out was Victoria's wonderful hospitality. She is attentive, reaching out several times to meet our needs, responsive to questions/concerns, and so kind in her willingness to make us happy. Additionally, it was wonderful to find laundry detergent, shampoo, lotions and plenty of paper supplies - many times you only find the minimum. THANK YOU Victoria!

Our first time visiting Breckenridge to celebrate my husband’s 50th birthday, and our stay truly felt like a home away from home. The space was welcoming, inviting, and very spacious. We never felt crowded at all. Everything was comfortable and thoughtfully set up, which made our time celebrating such a milestone extra special.Victoria was very responsive and gave awesome recommendations for dining and getting ski rentals/gear.The location was perfect, close to Main Street, within easy walking distance to shops, dining, and Peak 9. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay and would absolutely recommend it to anyone visiting Breckenridge!

This property was just right for our family of five. Everything was clean and stocked with all the essentials. The location was perfect and within walking distance to restaurants, shops, and trails. We loved the pool and hot tubs as well.

Good stay in Breckenridge

The location was great. No problem checking in.The main issue we had is that the stove doesn’t have an exhaust fan & vent -AND there isn’t a bbq grill. So we had burgers one night and we had to open up every door & window we could (some didn’t open) in order air out all of the smoke from frying burgers in doors.Also, the kitchen utensils could have been organized better. Couldn’t find a scissors or bottle opener. Otherwise the kitchen is fairly spacious and the Keurig was great! Plenty of counter space.

Victoria was easy to work with. Smooth check in and out. Bedrooms downstairs were quiet and comfortable. Upstairs kitchen and living/dining area were good size. WiFi and TV worked well. Only suggestions would be to replace dining chairs. Very loose. Also recommend a curtain on the windows by the door as everyone walks by and looks in. I would also ask that cone filters be supplied for the coffee maker. Overall great condo and easy access to everything. Thanks

Great location close to slopes, town, and hot tubs! Appreciated the first floor access and proximity to laundry. Very comfortable condo with all needed amenities. Host was super accommodating and accessible. We would definitely stay here again.

A nice option, but one and done for me.

Location is very good. Can walk to town, in snow, in less than 10 minutes. Coin-operated laundry has no change machine, so plan ahead. Condo itself is old, creaky and thin-walled. Even from the lower level bedrooms, you can hear people in the upper unit walking around, running water, rearranging their ski boot collection, etc. at all hours of the night. Condo was clean. Kitchen was functional and well-stocked for cooking. Main living room TV is small. Bluetooth 2.1 speaker was a nice touch. Gas fireplace is nice, but only worked occasionally. Bathrooms were the nicest part of the entire unit, especially the upstairs one. The upstairs toilet clogged multiple times, which was undesirable. We found Drain-O MAX in basement closet, so it's not an unknown issue. Furnishings were worthy of a college dorm. Beds were not particularly comfortable, even with the mattress toppers. Both bunk bed mattresses were wrapped in old-school plastic protectors that crinkled loudly. Newer waterproof mattress protectors (like I have on my kids beds at home) are soft and silent. Bedroom dressers were tired and very cheap (IKEA). I was worried that one false move would cause total failure. Wall-to-wall carpet was very worn and needs to be replaced. Ski storage area at entry was functional and very useful. Many outlets in bedrooms and living room were blanked off, which made charging electronics inconvenient. For a total cost, after fees, of $643/ night, I will look elsewhere next time.

Nice stay

Condo had everything we needed. Pillows were a little flat, but that is a personal preference. Otherwise, was cozy and walking distance to all the activities we did in town and on the slopes. Thank you!

Great place and location

This property is conveniently located to peak 9 Beaver Run and to the main street area. The unit is clean and nicely renovated. Victoria is highly responsive to questions, etc and we had no issues at all. I highly recommend this property for your next visit to Breck.
