    Just like the name (Spanish for “The Pines”) says, Los Pinos Pine Cone Condo is surrounded by forest and just one block away from the Snowflake lift in Breckenridge. You’re also just a short shuttle ride to downtown Breckenridge where you’ll find fantastic shopping, dining and entertainment. This is an ideal location for your family or group. They’ll love it, and they’ll love you for finding it!

    This beautiful 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom premium condo is the perfect mountain retreat for families or groups of up to eight people. As you walk in, you’ll be welcomed by a beautiful living area with vaulted ceilings, large windows, and a stunning river rock gas fireplace with massive Smart TV above it. The fully equipped kitchen features granite countertops and seating for six people at the dining table with room for two more at the counter. The attached deck has great mountain views as well as a table and chairs to relax on and enjoy the views.

    And, you’ll love having access to the complex hot tub and the Upper Village Pool! Other amenities include complimentary Wi-Fi, a one-car garage, and a washer/dryer in the unit. And every Summit Mountain Rentals property comes stocked with plenty of linens, towels and hotel-like toiletries, and is professionally cleaned and inspected before each arrival. Our helpful staff is also available 24 hours a day to ensure you have everything you need to make your stay with us an unforgettable experience.

The management company was very responsive. Just a couple minor issues which were taken care of. Convenient to the lift, hot tub at the off site location was great! Overall good stay.

The unit itself was nice. There were several maintenance items (garage light not working, one of the burners on the stove not working, shower door sticking) that should have been in working order for the price you are paying for this unit. When repeatedly brought to their attention, they issued a very small credit.

Really nice condo. Loved the decor and location is good if you are driving to the Main Street or if you enjoy about 15 minutes walk each way.

Great location for summer or winter. Off the main drag, so more privacy, but easy walk to all the action. Bus stop in front of property. Loved the balcony. Didn’t use the hot tub or pool, but nice perk. Good communication with host. Would book again.

Nice neighborhood & location

Summit Mountain has always been good to rent from. Condo was clean, had everything we needed. Great location & steps to the bus stop to go anywhere in town. Would definitly stay again

Fantastic Property

Awesome vacation in a very comfortable home. Used the hot tub and grill most nights. The covered back deck was amazing all times of the day with plenty of shade and sites to see. The house has all the amenities you could want and definitely plan to Vacation here again.

We loved staying at this condo during our Christmas trip to Breckenridge. It was a great space for our family of 4 adults. The space was super cozy, well equipped and great location within walking distance to Snowflake lift, ski rentals, and a 5-minute drive to downtown. This condo unit allows for a couple of hot tub options as well after a long day on the slopes. Overall, we would absolutely recommend this lovely place and will definitely consider staying her again.
