  • One Bedroom MASTER Condo with a fully-equipped gourmet kitchen, dining room, fireplace, & living room, queen pullout couch, separate master bedroom king sized bed and bath with jacuzzi tub. Will sleep 4 comfortably at a 5-Star Ski-in/Ski-out Resort. This is truly a ski-in, ski-out timeshare at Breckenridge with indoor parking, heated driveway, several pools/hot tubs for the entire family, workout room, restaurants and bars. Shuttle service to town, shopping, restaurants and other mountain range lifts if you don't want to ski in/ski out. You can view all the details at the Grand Timber Lodge website:

    Additional information:
    Grand Timber Lodge is a family-friendly luxury resort. It has a on-site ski rental and concierge in addition to most helpful activities coordinators.
    From the resort you can ski in and ski out to the Beaver Run High Speed Quad Chairlift and or the Snowflake lift at Breckenridge. This gives access to peaks 8 and 9. There is a Fitness Center and 4 hot tubs (both inside and outside) spread out among the resort so you are never far from a hot tub. The resort offers Massage Therapy on site as well as a concierge service to book all activities. They even have a full service bar and restaurant on site. It just doesn't get any better. Store your car in the underground heated parking garage when you arrive and the resort has a free personal shuttle service to take you anywhere you want to go in Breckenridge - Free of Charge! No need to drive to dinner, the shuttle will take you and pick you up. Just give them a call!

    Renter must be over the age of 25. Once payment is received, Grand Timber Lodge will be notified that you will be using this week and they will reissue the paperwork for use with your name and details.

    You will be required to present a credit card for damage deposit and incidentals at check-in. You are responsible for any damages to unit, telephone connection fees, long distance charges, personal charges, and applicable amenities usage or upgraded housekeeping fees. Pets are not allowed. This is a non smoking resort.

The reception is excellent. Easy to communicate as they texted me to see if everything was good. I am coming back as often as I can. Walked to the ski lifts. 1 block down. Clean and quiet buildings. No smoking.

Excellent location and beautiful property

Location to slopes was excellent and the shuttle service can take you pretty much anywhere in town. Enjoyed the large pool and hot tubs. Really enjoyed the stay!!!

Great Stay!

Great vacation spot! Condo was clean and in good location for the other activities on the resort site. Staff was wonderful as well.

Just Awesome!!!

Highly recommend - everything from the accommodations to communications with the property owner exceeded expectations! Detailed review below: I reserved this space for a recent ski trip for me and my son and two of his friends (1/5-1/10/2020). The check-in process was very smooth. We had to leave credit card info for any incidental charges (massages, dinners, etc). The room was very spacious (as shown in the pics). We were able to cook breakfast every day and one dinner, so the kitchen (& supplies) met our needs. Sleeping arrangements worked great - 1 king bed and 1 sleeper sofa. Having the gas fireplace was so convenient for taking off the chill after returning from the slopes or in the morning after getting out of bed. We stayed in Building 8. We had a short walk to the shuttle (like 20 ft from our building), which was able to take us everywhere. We used the shuttle to drop us off every morning at the Beaver Run lift. We also used it to drop us off anywhere on Main Street, including the local grocery market. The hot tubs and pools we used were in Building 6 (approx. 60 ft from our building). We used them daily after returning from the slopes. What a great atmosphere! The Lodge also offered free use of 4 Theater Rooms in Building 6 (with reservation). Schedule these early, so you'll be guaranteed a room. The rooms have 8 recliners and 2 over-sized bean-bags for watching your favorite movie (choice of 300 movies). Surround sound and huge screen makes this a must! Limited ski lockers are provided in the garage. We weren't able to secure one on Monday, but had no trouble the rest of the week. As far as Ski-in - we tried it once from the Snowflake run. I would just recommend finishing up at the Beaver Run lift and taking the shuttle back. The wait was under 5 minutes and so much less effort than taking the Snowflake run. Lastly, communications with the Property Owner was exceptional. Ken responded to every question I had in a timely manner. In summary, I would highly recommend!
