  • This fabulous three bedroom premier suite is a spectacular example of modern mountain elegance. The completely renovated and updated kitchen has custom Corian countertops, shaker style custom cabinets, tile flooring and stainless steel appliances. The living room has a big screen TV, wood burning fireplace and a balcony with wonderful views.

    The master bathroom has a full size walk in shower with barn door sliding glass doors. The second bathroom has a full size bathtub. This condo is a one of kind luxurious getaway right in the middle of Breckenridge. This is a perfect location for ski-in/ski-out guests and also has the close proximity to Main Street downtown Breckenridge. The condo is the perfect place to relax after a long day on the mountain.

    Monday, May 11th – Friday, May 15th: Health Club CLOSED for Annual Maintenance. ALL areas will be CLOSED, including: the community room, sauna, steam room, bathrooms, fitness center, pool, hot tubs, and movie room.

    We provide a basic starter pack for guests, including travel-size toiletries, a limited supply of paper products, and laundry/dishwasher detergent.    This includes enough to get you through a day or two, depending on personal usage.  If you have a longer stay planned, you may wish to bring or purchase more.  Additionally, we do not supply coffee, spices, or other kitchen food items.

Incredible property!!

We cannot wait to book this property again and again! Everything was superb. Beautiful, updated clean condo. The location cannot be beat. The views are beautiful, it is so easy to ski in and out, and it is a quick and easy walk to shops and dining.

Great Family Experience

We were able to watch ski school for the little ones right outside the window. The place was spacious enough for 3 families to eat, play, watch skiers, and enjoy!

3rd Stay Here!

This property is perfectly situated for a stress free stay. Consider flying into EGE and taking the Epic Shuttle. We parked our rental car and didn’t start it again until we left for the airport. We also rented Epic Gear this year, which allows you to pick up and drop your ski’s and poles daily at the base of Peak 9, so no need to carry them up to your room!Walk to restaurants and shops, can’t stress the convenience enough. Also, the view is awesome, with large corner windows.We will return!

Loved our visit to Breckenridge!

Great location, nice updates, great beds! Only things to improve were having more towels or letting guests know to bring them if using the pool, We had eight people stay and only had eight full size towels. Also, with no air conditioning - having the windows/sliders open at night being right over a parking lot was noisy. Overall a great stay and a great price & location. Loved our visit!

Best view ever

This place is absolutely amazing!! It’s spacious, has big beautiful picture windows with a front row seat of the mountainside located right above the ski lift!, newly remodeled with pristine fit and finishes! Has a nice big porch to sit and enjoy the views also!! I read that check in was tough from other people, but I got specific instructions sent to me and it was very simple!! Parking was also very convenient. I parked in a closed off garage right at the bottom of the elevator that went to the unit!! We will be staying here again in the future!!

Great place for a group

Really nice condo in Breckenridge. Easy walk to bars, restaurants, and shops. A lot of great hikes within a 60 minute drive. Would stay again. Just be aware that the check in is offsite and if you’ll be checking in after 5 it’s a bit cumbersome. I would stay with this property manager again, but it’s definitely worth noting and planning for.

Beautiful condo with great views

This unit is one we would definitely book again. The hosts thought of everything! Fully stocked kitchen, ample amount of towels, bedding, blankets, etc. This corner unit had modern decor with amazing views of the mountains and lifts. Perfect location, great staff. Check-in process was a breeze. The unit was accurately photographed and the description was spot on. Highly recommend!

Amenities and condo were perfect. Views were amazing. Owners provided humidifiers which was nice. I would have give 5 stars if it weren’t for the inconvenience of check in being off site keys did not work to access the building multiple time. Very close to peak 9.

A nice place but you can tell the overall building is getting a little long in the tooth. Parking is a bit confusing and not being able to check in right on property was a little clumsy. We also could not figure out how any of the TV’s functioned. No normal TV only Netflix etc…

Perfect Location for the slopes!

The proximity to the Quicksliver lift cannot be beat! We had a great time in this picturesque location. Lovely accommodations, great for 2 families. Very well-equipped kitchen, and comfortable entertaining spaces. The elevator didn't work one day, but thankfully they had it fixed by the time we were back from the slopes. One item to note for future renters - call as soon as possible to get a garage space. The beds aren't the greatest, but otherwise everything was on point! We would love to stay there again!

Nice apartment

The place is clean, spacious, and well maintained. The only problems I found with the apartment are: 1. Some basic items like detergent were not available 2. It’s not a true ski in ski out. Yes you only walk like 30yds but it is what it is. 3. I didn’t like there was no ski closet or storage in the lobby 4. Parking was very limited but we knew that and honestly always found a spot even if tight. I would come back for sure but just wanted to clarify the points above
