Wonderful Breckenridge Home

My family thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this downtown Breckenridge home. Easy walk to the gondola for skiing, short walk to all downtown restaurants and shops, and a wonderful home to simply relax in after a full day of skiing!

Luxury on Ridge

The Luxury on Ridge was fantastic! It was very neat, clean & well cared for. Conveniently located w/in a short walk to town & the gondola. We highly recommend it!

Beautiful stay

We loved the rental! We had two families with a bunch of small kiddos and we loved being so close to everything. We could walk to pretty much everything we wanted and that was such a game changer. The place is beautiful and had everything we needed! My only tip would be to bring an extra baby gate for all the stairs. We managed though and absolutely loved it. We will be back!

Beautiful Condo in a Great Location!

Breckenridge is amazing, and so is this condo! Very clean, spacious, and well equipped. A short walk to all Breckenridge has to offer. Our host Ryan was very accomodating with a last minute late check out request. I would highly recommend and we hope to return someday. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

Perfect spot

We loved our stay here --- place we well set-up, comfortable, cute, clean. The kids loved the hot tub. Great views of the mountains and town from the back deck. Location was super convenient to get to downtown (1 block) or the gondola (super quick and easy walk). We will def be back :)

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is our second year renting this house. We absolutely love it! It is perfect walking distance to the gondola and Main Street which is key. The house is very spacious with plenty of rooms, bathrooms, and the front door space to put your gear and boots. The view is great and the hot tub an added bonus! We can’t wait for our annual trip next year.

Breckenridge Historic District

Beautifully decorated home with plenty of space for 5 adults and two small children. The home has all the essentials including heated floors, a spa, a large soaking tub, a grill, heated mats on the deck, ski boot warmers, and every kitchen tool imaginable. The upstairs master bedroom and bath are very large and nicely decorated. So many nice amenities in this home.

Shared ski house

We had a family of three and a family of four with three kids in total share of the house. Kids ages were 12,13 and 14 and they loved the proximity to town, the ability to hang out together in the house and especially the hot tub. Wonderful location walkable to the gondola, although not an easy walk and very easy to walk to town. kitchen and bath are all in very good condition.

The hot tub was perfect, and location was fantastic - 1-2 blocks to all restaurants and a short walk to the peak 8 gondola (even with kids!). All communication was great as well. Provided lodging and experience above expectations

First, let me say Ryan, our contact, was extremely engaged. Second, the property was indeed perfect for our needs….the amenities - i.e. kitchen appliances - definite upgraded frig, cooktop, microwave, dishwasher & oven. One of the better ‘appointed’ kitchen as far as - ALL utensils, plates, glasses and stemware (in abundance for larger groups). Our party included 2 Adult couples, an 8-month old and 2 year-old…separate sleeping areas for the kids and adults were paramount and this property yet again ‘filled the bill’. Add in the very quiet neighborhood and complete ‘Breck’ Main St access - including doughnut shop and Gondola, 4-minute walk away…COULD NOT HAVE BEEN ANY BETTER! DEFINITELY on our list of ‘go-to’ properties for future trips!!!

A perfect Christmas vacation!!

Our family LOVED Breckenridge and LOVED this condo! The condo was a perfect location / extremely easy walking distance to restaurants, ski equipment rentals, shops, local market and BreckConnect gondola . Condo was cozy and so cute! We loved lazing around in the comfy den by fireplace relaxing and watching movies after skiing. The view from the big window in den was so beautiful of the snow and lights of Main St. The manager was very helpful and quick to answer any questions we had during our stay. Will definitely rent this condo again !!!! Ps: the one tiny tiny tiny suggestion ( but NOT to take away any “points” from the condo !) Is to maybe add some throw blankets to the den for those lazing around nights watching movies around the fire :-)

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is a very nice rental property. It was spotless and the layout worked nicely. I’m not sure we would rent it again as the decor is tired (the beds and bedding felt tattered and worn and the living room furniture felt cheap) for the price. The kitchen and bathrooms were nice. The back deck was our favorite part as it offers a much better view than the pictures show. You can see the ski hill and Main Street. We also didn’t realize the property was a duplex because VRBO has it listed as a house. Luckily, there weren’t other renters there at the same time. The location of the house is perfect. We have young children and lived being close to the market and the playground. It’s also close to all the dining options. Another negative was the smell. The cleaning products used left the strongest odor and we had to leave the screen door open for two days before it was bearable.

Highly recommended. The location was prefect. I’ve stayed in the mountains before, but this time I wanted a house in town. You can walk to just about anything and everything in town. The house is exceptional. It had heated floors, a fireplace, a grill and hot tub, 2 separate tv rooms and a 2 car parking space. Would definitely stay here again!2 separate tv toons, and a 2 car parking space.
