The Space:

Escape to your private mountain retreat, nestled in a dense pine forest just minutes from downtown Breckenridge. This spacious home is the perfect setting for family gatherings, offering two large living areas and plenty of room for everyone to unwind.



The main level features a comfortable and inviting living room, while the newly renovated basement is an entertainment hub. Gather around the warm gas fireplace, stream your favorite movies on the smart TV, or challenge friends to a game of ping pong. A stylish wet bar makes it easy to craft evening cocktails.



Outside, your nearly 1-acre private lot offers true mountain seclusion. After a day on the slopes, soak your muscles in the bubbling hot tub under the stars.



This home is thoughtfully equipped for your stay:

* For Families: We provide a Pack ‘n Play, high chair, and children's books and toys.

* For Remote Work: A dedicated workspace and fast WiFi make it easy to stay connected.

* Comfort & Convenience: In-unit washer and dryer, private hot tub.



Guest Access:

Guests will have private and exclusive access to the entire house and the nearly 1-acre wooded property. This includes all living spaces, bedrooms, the hot tub, and grounds. There only exception is a single locked owner's closet used for storage. Guests are also welcome to use the provided EV charger for their electric vehicle.

As of January 1st, 2026, the Town of Blue River enacted an ordinance that bans renters from having any outdoor fires. This means any use of the wood firepit is subject to fines by the town. We have added a propane fire pit on the patio which can be used instead with no restrictions.



The Neighborhood:

Quiet neighborhood in the trees with plenty of space between houses.



Getting Around:

Parking for five vehicles on the property. Easy access to Highway 9 and just a short, two-minute drive to downtown Breckenridge.



Other Things to Note:

Please note that an all-wheel drive vehicle or snow tires are highly recommended for access to the house during the snow months (roughly October through May). The neighborhood roads are regularly plowed by the town but there are steeper areas that can be challenging for two-wheel drive vehicles.

Interaction with Guests:

We believe in giving our guests complete privacy to enjoy their mountain getaway. We will not be present on the property during your stay. However, we are always available and happy to assist with any questions or needs via the messaging app or by phone.
