Rating: (2 out of 5)Pros:The location is easily the best part of this property. It’s very close to the slopes at Peak 9 and within walking distance of downtown Breckenridge, which made getting around extremely convenient.Cons:Unfortunately, several issues took away from the overall experience. Parking is not included and requires an additional fee, which was disappointing given the nightly cost. The condo itself felt poorly maintained—lighting throughout the unit was extremely dim, to the point where it was difficult to see clearly at times. The water filter had an active “filter change” alert, suggesting it was overdue for replacement. The kitchen was also inadequately equipped: there were no pots or pans at all and only a minimal number of cups, making it impractical to cook or even comfortably prepare basic meals. There was no front desk or on-site support to assist with questions or issues, and combined with the lack of adequate lighting, the unit felt neglected rather than guest-ready.Overall:While the location is excellent, the additional costs, lack of basic amenities, and poor maintenance significantly impacted our stay. With improvements, this could be a great place, but as it stands, it did not meet expectations for the price.
