Amazing Location

We had a wonderful stay. The location is fantastic, right up the street from the quicksilver lift. The community pool and spa are great.

Perfect location

Location is great! You can easily walk into town and Peak 9 for skiing/boarding. We all enjoyed the use of pool and hot tubs.

Great location, easy access to dining and retail. Good community pool and hot tub facility. Having a garage to store bikes was outstanding.

Easy stay at a great location

Great location, walking distance to ski from Peak 9 and to Mainstreet for dining/shopping. Kitchen is well stocked with pans/crockpot/etc if you desire to cook at the cabin.

Beautiful place and close to Peak 9 lift

Overall was an awesome place to stay for all 7 of us. Kitchen had a lot items such as crock pot to use. Loved the fireplace on those cold evenings after skiing all day!

Perfect Stay

From check to check out and all the time in between our stay was Perfect!! The townhouse was a perfect fit and comfort for 4 adults and 2 children (12 & 8); locations was perfect with short walk to quicksilver lift and to downtown Breck; kitchen was perfect with everything you would need; parking was perfect with heated garage and outdoor space. Highly recommend this townhouse for family get togethers. We had a great time.

Property was a short walk to the nearest lift and downtown to all restaurants and shops. House was well equipped with everything you need. Host was very attentive and nice. highly recommend

Thanksgiving Trip

My family and I chose Breckenridge this year for our Thanksgiving trip. We booked this condo and had a fabulous time. It had the room we needed, all the cooking supplies for a full Thanksgiving feast, and the heated pool and hot tub were a must! And all at a competitive price. We will definitely book here again. Thank you for helping us create a wonderful family memory.

Girls Getaway

My friends and I booked this property over MLK weekend and it exceeded our expectations. Mike was extremely responsive and accommodating. The property has everything that you could need for a ski trip or even just to stay in. The location is extremely convenient. No need to drive the whole weekend. Just note that check in is not on-site, rather it is in town. Overall had a great experience and would book with Peak View Property again!

Great Spot Next To Breckenridge Ski Resort

The check process took about 30 seconds, and the townhome was exactly as advertised. It ended up just being my son and me, but there's tons of space, and six people can easily sleep in the home. The two bedrooms upstairs have their own bathroom, and the beds/pillows were very comfortable after long days of skiing. The unit was spotless, and the kitchen was well-appointed. The home is about a 10-minute walk to the lifts, but there's also a shuttle stop on the corner if you don't want to walk.

Only the hot tubs were a problem. Too many people. Beside that great place, great location, and very well equipped.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall experience was great Location was close to everything needed to enjoy our vacation. Could use some updating furniture and shower heads. Had to change battery on smoke alarm beeping in the middle of night and heater control system was difficult to control and make changes. Other than that we would recommend to anyone to stay here.

Fantastic family stay

The condo was perfect! Came for my birthday with my wife and our adult children. The condo is so well equipped. The kitchen was setup perfectly for our family. We ate in most of the time and enjoyed our stay. Condo was clean and accomodated all of us very well. Pool and hottub are fun but crowded at times. We walked to the lift everyday. Not trail side but a 10 minutes walk or so. We look forward to staying here again.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall, my stay was as expected from the price point. I can’t say anything surprised me in anyway. It’s a rental that looks and feels like it’s been a rental. Plenty of space, great location, 3 bed, 3.5 baths plus a pull out sofa.... Can’t beat it when you go skiing with friends. Definitely could use some very minor upgrades like tossing the tube type tvs in the spare rooms and vcrs.... All in all, a great spot that I would stay at again.

Nice condo and walking distance to Quicksliver Lift

We enjoyed our stay quite a bit. This is a nice 3 BR condo that is very spacious and it was a great setup for 2 couples and 2 teenagers. My only knock would be that for a little bit of investment, some updates would make this a 5 star review. The plumbing fixures are a bit dated, there was no hair dryer in the 2nd upstairs bedroom, just small things that could be improved. Overall, it is a solid condo, however. Good size kitchen with everything we needed. A nice family room and a great dining table. It was a little unclear when we booked it, so I will share details on walking to the slopes. Simply take a left out of the parking lot and follow that road for about 5 minutes (1/4 mile or so) until you see a small sign for Charter Sports rentals then take the sidewalk down, cross the bridge, and you will see the Quicksilver Superchair Lift. If you get to the Marriott Vacation Club, you went too far. Returning, you can ski past the chair lift and across the bridge to shorten your walk back. FYI, Charter Sports is awesome and they will store your equipment overnight if you rent from them. Which makes the walk a breeze.

The house was comfortable and well stocked. Location was very convenient to the resort - we could walk, shuttle, or drive to the slopes depending on how we felt. Community hot tubs and pool were very nice and easy to get to. Even had some local wildlife (a large fox) visible from the back door.
