Great family condo!

We rented this with our son and his toddler and it was awesome. Plenty big, clean, 2 bathrooms and a pull out bed in the living room. Great place!

No ski in/ ski out. Door didn’t work. Fireplace don’t work, no parking pass, got ticket, No Wifi

It wasn't my best stay. 1) couldn't get in because the from door battery is dead. 2) couldn't get on WiFi because I didn't have the right passcode. 3) fireplace ignighter doesn't work, to get enough heat into the unit ended up manually lightning it. 4) parking pass was not in the unit, ended up with two tickets.

Property not as advertised, management not responsive

Condo advertised as .6 mile from mainstreet, actually 1.5 miles, unless you are a bird. Condo advertised as non smoking, smelled like smoke. TV in main living room would not even turn on. Management company did nothing to correct issues and tried condescending was of getting you to drop the issues raised. I will make sure that i never rent another property that is managed by VACASA. Look at BBB....this company is horrific.

Great Place to stay!

The Condo was very clean when we arrived, definitely surpassed my expectations based on previous reviews. The beds were comfortable and the fireplace was cozy. The dishwasher and laundry machine were a little loud but it didn't bother us. We loved that the 4oclock run was across the street so we could hop on that and ski down to the Snowflake lift. The only thing this place is missing is a hot tub!

Great Location.

This property was in a great location! We were able to get in and out of town with out any issues. Although there were a couple of things that we had to report at check-in their management resolved it in a timely manner.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Very short walk to 4 O'Clock run, so you can essentially ski in/out. Plus, only 1 mile from Peak 8, so very convenient. Everything works well. But be aware that the master BR mattress is really bad, one of the living room chairs has a tear in the seat.

Great Condo for Family Ski Trip

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was more than happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We were very happy with our stay. Condo has all the amenities that you need. You can get groceries delivered from City Market in town, and basically we just prepared meals at home and never had to venture out for dinner. We travelled with 3 children (11, 8, 5) so that was a big plus when we were tired from skiing at the end of the day. As far as ski-in/out, this is a good option but you should know that it is a short walk to the end of Grandview and then you ski down 4 O'clock Run to the Snowflake lift to get on to the mountain. As long as everyone can ski, that is a better option than taking the FreeRide bus which can be crowded and have some long waits.

The bedroom setup (master and second bedroom with bunk beds) worked well for siblings to not have to share a bed. Ski in/out was easily accessed by going through the upper parking lot and taking a very short walk to the 4’O Clock run. Kitchen was well stocked.

Great Vacation Rental!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We loved this cozy condo! The location was perfect for a ski trip in Breckenridge. We had five in our party and the two bedrooms fit us all nicely. Especially nice is the easy access to the 4 O’clock Run and the Snowflake ski lift – just a short walk across the parking lot to access the slopes. The hill behind the condo was also perfect for sledding right outside your door. We walked into a clean space and the kitchen was nicely equipped with supplies if you are looking to make meals, use the fridge, run the dishwasher, etc. Cleaning supplies were also readily available. The bathrooms were stocked with shampoo and conditioner and other supplies as well. The condo has some nice upgrades, and we used the entryway closet for wet coats and boots, etc. I would stay again and would highly recommend this vacation rental!

Perfect for the price

The beds were not the best. Other than that, no complaints! While everything is shut down, the hill behind the condo is great for sledding and playing in the snow.

Nice unit. A little difficult to get in and out.

The condo was very nice. It has been updated and we liked everything about it. The complex is a bit run down. It was quite an effort coming and going with a bunch of stairs and a hilly walk up to the building. We liked it but would probably not stay there again.

Convenient place for a quick ski trip

A cozy condo with easy access to the 4 o’clock run and the Snowflake lift. Lots of kitchen supplies made cooking easy. Perhaps I missed it, but there didn’t seem to be anywhere suited to storing skis. Some sort of ski rack or Rubbermaid tray in the entryway would have helped keep melting snow from getting everywhere.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Never to return. We arrived to zero supply of any kind for our use. A hotel type supply is promised, but we had zero. No shampoo, no soap.. nothing. They did refund a small amount for the inconvenience. The bed is horrible and needs to be replaced ASAP. Lastly, the management company entered our unit without notification to deliver cleaning supplies. They left trash on the kitchen counter, they had to move personal items to get to their items and they never notified us at all. When I called them on it, they said no worries. Are you serious?? It was a complete personal invasion of privacy. The owners need new management.

Really Cozy Space

It's not true ski in/ski out, but it's not far from the slopes. It would be helpful if they added specific directions on getting in and out from the mountain somewhere in the property. We arrived when it was dark and ended up driving into town unnecessarily in the morning to understand the layout.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is a lovely little condo, just right for 2 couples with 2 smaller bedrooms and bathrooms. Everything was decorated nicely and very clean. I have 2 things that could be improved -- 1) the quality of the beds/mattresses could be significantly improved, and 2) the walk was extremely icy and my husband fell, no snow was cleared away and nothing was salted. Except for those 2 things, we loved our stay here and loved the short walk to the ski run. Very convenient!

Clean and modern decor was great.

The condo was great overall. The only things that I'd say could use improvement was the dining table was shaky and felt unstable. The glass top showed fingerprints and was easy to accidentally push over on the base. The fireplace was practically for visual effect only... it didn't put out enough heat to be of any benefit in the living room and the doors were on the verge of falling off. The microwave turn-table no longer turned as the center hub was missing but it heated food fine. Nothing to do with the condo itself, but the parking lot was a bit of a health hazard due to the ice that formed at the end of the lot that met the start of the sidewalk to the unit. It was very slippery.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a real nice time at Breckinridge and the condo was great to be so close to the slopes! Never stayed in the resort before. The condo was very clean! The kitchen had everything you needed to make meals. The only thing that was disappointing were the beds. They were very uncomfortable and sleeping was poor. The master bed was very creaky with any movement. A suggestion would be to add a "drip mat" by the door for the skis/boards/boots.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The description and pictures of condo are not 100% accurate as described. The 2nd bedroom has a bunk bed but the pictures show 2 twin beds. Not suitable for my grown kids. I was hoping to put my 6' son in a bed and not a sleeper sofa. We had to call the management company several times. The gas fireplace did not work. The main TV did not work, as it was stuck on one channel only. We could not connect to the wifi and had to get the management company to give us a different access code. Housekeeping was another issue. We found 2 sets of wet sheets on hangers drying in the closets, plus a wet bath towel and wet dish towel also hanging in the master closest to dry. The property management company did work with us and managed to fix the fireplace and get the tv working. Overall it was not a bad location but with all the issues, I would not stay at this location again.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: It's not super easy to ski in and ski out, but you can do it. The condo was generally comfortable and clean. The master bed needs to be replaced, if you spend 1/3 of the time sleeping, you need a good bed! When we arrived the comforter needed cleaning, but the management company was very quick to reply and follow up. Last suggestion, bring your noise maker, the 3rd floor residence walking around sound like buffalo at 7am.
