Beautifully updated with enough room for 2 adults and 2 children, this one-bedroom residence is the perfect family retreat. The gourmet kitchen is fully equipped and open to the spacious living room, both featuring vaulted ceilings and modern finishes. Step out the front door and spend your evening soaking in the private hot tub or take a stroll to check-out the town’s amazing restaurants and shops. The Cottage’s central location is less than half a block from Main and Ridge Streets allowing easy access to everything - day or night!

    Amenity extras found at Ridge Street Cottage include a prime downtown location; high walkability rating; shuttle service; fireplace; private outdoor hot tub; gas grill; washer and dryer.

Perfect location for some of the best eateries in Breckenridge. Quiet, relaxing and really nice cottage. Just a block off Main St. And walking distance to all attractions.

So close to everything but still felt secluded.

We really enjoyed our stay. It was walking distance to all the places we wanted to be when we weren’t on the mountain.

Excellent stay. The location can not be any better for Breck. Access to everything is a few steps away. Management company communication was probably the most accurate, timely, and precise that we have ever experienced with a rental. Immediate responses both leading up to the check in and while staying there. Really first class customer service. Not reflected in the online photos is how good the ski slope views are. That was an unexpected surprise. Also this was one of the most well equipped rentals we have ever had with TP, towels, kitchen utensils, and so on. Thanks for hosting us.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: It was awesome. The guest services folks are just as nice as they can be. Would stay here again for sure. I am thinking of renting the same place next year.

Fantastic Stay

This is our second stay and I’m sure we will be back again! Perfect location. Very well stocked kitchen, very clean and comfortable. And extremely easy check in and good communication. Don’t hesitate…just book it.

Had the most incredible getaway here, could not recommend enough! Easy access to anything you’d need, and walking distance to a dog park as well. The communication was super quick if we had any questions. We will definitely be booking here again in the future :)

Loved this rental! Perfect location, kitchen was large and had everything needed, bed was comfortable and the hot tub was the perfect end to the day. Will definitely stay again next trip to Breckenridge.

Awesome place!

The Ridge Street Cottage was great! You can’t beat the location and the place was exactly as advertised. The property manager was quick to answer any questions we had and made sure to check in to see if we needed anything. We visit Breckenridge a couple times a year and will definitely stay here again!

Perfect Breck Rental

Ridge Street Cottage has to be one of our favorite rentals we've had in Breck! Pet friendly locations that are reasonably priced, well furnished and good locations are hard to find...but Ridge Street was absolutely perfect! We would/will definitely stay here again.

Great location near Main Street

This property is a great location if you want to be near Main Street and be able to walk to restaurants, stores. Management was very easy to communicate with and get a hold of if needed. It was a great, cozy place for my husband and me.

Great place to stay if you want to be able to walk 5-7 minutes to all restaurants, shops, and Breck station (to ski resort)! We especially enjoyed the jacuzzi, gas fireplace that put off a lot of heat, and in-floor heating in the bathroom was a nice touch!

Mountain Getaway

This was the perfect rental property for a long weekend up in Breck! The place is in a perfect location and walking distance from so many good restaurants and shops. The check-in process was incredibly smooth, and it was great to have a garage to park our vehicle in. The property was very clean, and we felt right at home. We would definitely recommend this property to anyone looking to stay in Breckenridge!

One of our favorite vacation rentals!

We loved our time at Ridge Street Cottage and just wish we could have stayed longer! Excellent location to walk to everything in downtown Breck. Very accurate description and a great layout that was perfect for the 2 of us plus our pup. We look forward to returning!

Xmas 2024

Stayed at the place for a week, not a better location in town. The place has it all, nice high vaulted ceilings, great fireplace and very private considering you are downtown. The management was on the spot and the underground parking was also a huge plus. You can’t go wrong with staying here! Would love to return.

Great location!

The location is wonderful, thank you for accommodating us, and the pup, too! We were able to park the car and leave it all weekend, so easy to walk to everything from here. We also loved having the puzzle to play with during the evenings as well. Hope to stay again someday.

Beautiful home, great location

The home was perfect and just as pictured! Check in/out was so easy. We enjoyed how close we were to downtown, walked to the restaurants and bars nightly. There are several free shuttle shops on the corner to get you to the ski lifts if you don't want to make the 10 min walk to the gondola.
