  • Come and experience a tranquil and unique getaway at this nicely decorated condo plus loft! Enjoy mountain and courtyard views through large windows. Relax in the spacious living room featuring cathedral ceilings and warm up in front of the fireplace. You and your group will love the mountain and town views from the two balconies. The kitchen is updated with a breakfast bar that is perfect for quick meals on the go. The separate dining area features a large table for more formal meals. During warm months listen to the gurgle of Sawmill Creek in the wetlands along the ski run. Additional amenities include a checkers table and an on-site washer/dryer.

    When you book this charming condo you are granted access to a plethora of fantastic on-site amenities, including a shared lawn area, a BBQ area with many gas grills, and even a fitness center!

    Things to Know
    This unit is located on the upper third (3rd) floor - 40 stairs total. There are no elevators on property.
    Guests have access to an off-site pool. This amenity is not managed by us and is subject to availability. Access may vary depending on pool hours, temporary closures, and key card functionality. This is a wonderful roomy condo with great amenities. Nice view outside. We’ve rented this unit a couple of times and thoroughly enjoy it!

Family

It was a very well appointed home, not far off the slopes. There was plenty of room for everyone and considering having two teens who enjoy time on their phones or playing video games they each had a way to escape when not on the slopes, or in the town. The only thing I caution is, if you are out of shape or suffer from altitude sickness, it might not be for you, as you do have to climb a considerable amount of steps to get to the room, and there is no elevator available. My husband had a rough time with the steps. My kids and myself really enjoyed the convenient location and it was so easy to just walk into town, the steps were a little tough after a full day on the slope, but the location could not have been beat. The staff at the resort was fantastic in regards to keeping the parking lot clear and the sidewalks free from ice as we got a considerable amount of snow while there.
