The house is beautiful, with plenty of room for 4 adult couples. The kitchen is well-stocked. The radiant heat and fireplace are magnificent.The only downside, for some, is the location. With no snow on the mountain, skiing was next to impossible. Which leaves trips to town. Unfortunately, this location is not walkable to town, particularly the icy downhill in the dark. And we are a family of big walkers/hikers. Uber rides were certainly available, but even those dealt with a lot of traffic.It's a wonderful house, but if you plan to walk to town often, I would think twice about this location.

I can't imagine anyone not giving this place a 10/10!! My daughter was getting married in Breckenridge, and I had no idea how important it was going to be to have a very 'picturesque' home to take pics of the bride before and after the wedding! This place made a beautiful wedding (in some woods near the ski runs) twice as memorable, beautiful and enjoyable as it would have been if we had stayed in a less beautiful home! Everything about this place was amazing, the fully stocked kitchen, comfortable beds, high and gorgeous ceilings, good water pressure, tons of room, and just fit for a King! Also had great interactions with the property managers, they were so accommodating and super friendly!! My daughter decided that this was the perfect place to come back to to celebrate future anniversaries! Can't tell you in words how perfect it was!! Only one word of warning: I think it states that they supply you with enough toiletries (bar soap, shampoo and conditioner) to get you started. It was enough for our 2 night stay, but if we had stayed longer, we'd have needed to grab a few items from the grocery store in town. (The toilet paper, paper towels, and tissues were plentiful.) Thanks for the best vrbo place we've ever stayed in!! We'd have paid twice as much if we had known how awesome it was going to be! So worth the !! Can't wait to return!!

After the wedding, and before we changed clothes to go to dinner, we walked to the back of the property to get a few more pics. Breckenridge is off in the distance.

Check-in key pad at house did not work when we arrived. Maintenance had to be called. There was a leak in the ceiling of the laundry room. Maintenance had to be called. The downstairs door to outside hot tub did not lock. Maintenance had to be called. The dishwasher was installed improperly and fell forward with dishes. Maintenance had to be called. The lower oven did not work. We were told it would be addressed. Maintenance never addressed. The day we left to close up house, electricity went out for about three hours. When asking for trash pickup, they came but also took one of our trash cans. Otherwise, the house was very well stocked for kitchen appliances and utensils. There are no screens on any windows. There needs to be an in-house booklet on how to operate the tv and anything dealing with electronics in house. We are not sure of these issues are issues with the rental management company or the owner.

Summer trip with friends

We enjoyed our second stay here at snowy point chalet. It is a well appointed beautiful home in a great location. It has a great layout for multiple families. We look forward to coming back!

Beautiful in every way

This home was very easy access to the 4’oclock run. Truly a ski in ski out property. It had everything our family needed for a fun and active stay. The property rental company was easy to work with and took care of two problems we had. The garage and ski room were especially useable and set up well.

Perfect spot for our family ski trip

Property worked out perfectly for our family ski trip! Good location - it's a short drive to town and a very short walk to skiing. House itself is comfortable, clean, well maintained. No problems whatsoever.

Over all a very nice house and location. There were a small number of minor issue that didn't effect out ability to enjoy some family time and skiing. This is a hoise we would consider stayimg atvagain.

Home base for Breck summer

Great home base for our week-long Breckenridge summer getaway : Beautiful, spacious, well-maintained and very well-appointed home in a very central location : gondola and downtown easy few minutes walk downhill, Peak 8 base per gondola or a few minutes walking uphill. Plenty of summer activities on the mountain and in the area. Abundant space for the family within, we loved it !

the property far exceeded our expectations and description ... checkin and checkout process was seamless ... we have stayed at numerous VRBO's internationally in the past and snowy point chalet was provisioned more completely than any other ... true attention to all the details ... would highly recommend

We really enjoyed our stay. The house was beautiful, clean, and in a great location. House was well stocked with everything we needed and the customer service was excellent. The shuttle was also a great perk and easy to use.

Great house and great location!

We needed a family break from away from the heat of Texas and our 6 month covid existence, and we could not have picked a better place to escape! The house is wonderful with a wonderful 'chefs' kitchen. It was a 10 min walk to town, a 10 min walk to Peak 8 base lodge, and very close to peaceful hiking trails. The house was super clean and comfortable, and we enjoyed the large hot tub! There is some home construction next door, but we were told that, and it was not an issue at all. We highly recommend this home and the location!
