  • Fall in love with mountain living when you book a stay at this ski-in/ski-out condo located right next to the Snowflake lift at the base of Breckenridge! Relax in style and comfort of the suite's spacious living room, adorned with luxurious furniture and attractive wall art. A warm fire in the gas fireplace will be incredibly cozy after spending the afternoon on the frosty winter slopes. The full kitchen offers a great space to get creative with its stainless steel appliances and ample meal prep space. When it's time to eat, gather around the dining table or on the balcony for those summertime al-fresco meals.

    Right at the resort, challenge a friend to a game of Ping-Pong at the community game room or go for a swim in the heated pool after a good workout at the shared fitness center. Cap it all off with a bubbling soak in one of the shared hot tubs.

    Near your stay, you'll be just blocks away from the heart of downtown Breckenridge with its shops, restaurants, and family-friendly activities. You'll also be close to all kinds of outdoor activities like hiking, fishing, snowshoeing, and swimming. Head over to Carter Park and Pavilion for hiking trails, downhill sledding, a dog park, baseball diamonds, tennis courts, a playground, and a sand volleyball court. Walk the 20-mile path of the Pacific Railroad when you plan a day at Boreas Pass Road, 11 miles away. The Blair Witch Trailhead is less than seven miles away with wildlife and beautiful views for nature lovers.

    All guests shall abide by the good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM.

    The steam rooms, lift ticket office, Charter Sports (equipment rentals), and the Spa of Breckenridge are located on the first floor of BlueSky.

    Complimentary shuttle service runs to the limit of downtown Breckenridge. Hours will vary, depending on the season. Downtown Breckenridge is a 10-minute walk away.

Spring ski trip

Great location, great place. They could do a better job of letting you know ski equipment policies beforehand and that there is a great rental place right there that you get a discount at.

Fall in Breckenridge

Wonderful, family friendly unit. Very convenient and walkable. This kids loved the arcade and pool/hottub on-site. Vacation staff was helpful and positive and helped make our stay an enjoyable experience.

We loved the location, pool/hot tub and arcade! The ski storage and locker room was an added bonus!

We enjoyed our trip and stay at the house! Front desk was able to accommodate extra requests since our check-in was delayed 20 minutes, which we appreciated. Definitely will stay again!

Perfect condo

BlueSky is the best - this is my second year with a group of 8 of us staying at this condo. It fit everyone very comfortably and was furnished very nicely! You can't beat the location and amenities at this place. Highly recommend!

Beautiful condo

We had a great stay with two families (4 adults and 4 young kids). The kids loved the pool everyday. It would have been an easy walk to town, but we utilized the shuttle as our kiddos are young. The shuttle service was so convenient. The property was also very clean and comfortable.

Incredible, clean, amazing location.

Our stay was amazing and we could not have been happier with this condo. It had everything we needed, the front staff were all kind and helpful, and the views were beautiful. The shuttle to and from town was a bonus that we were excited about! This location was perfect for us- close to everything, but quiet and peaceful at the same time. We cannot wait to return!

Gorgeous home

This was a beautiful home to rent. It has great views and tons of space for our family. We have 4 kiddos so the double bunks were perfect. Lots of space to watch movies as well. Very easy check in and I loved the free shuttle to get around town. We could walk but with younger kids, the shuttle was perfect. Everyone was very nice! Only thing is I wish the parking spaces were wider but that’s nothing terrible.

Great location

We had a great family vacation. The condo is right next to the Snowflake lift. There is onsite ski storage and boot warmers located in the locker room. The front desk was super helpful and pleasant and we loved having access to a shuttle. We didn’t need a car for the trip. The unit was clean, comfortable and we very much appreciated the humidifiers. We would definitely come back!

Great experience!

The office staff was friendly and helpful. The unit was spacious, clean, and comfortable. (We were 2 couples and 3 college students.) Kitchen had everything we needed. View out the windows was of the bottom of the Snowflake Lift. Underground parking was a nice feature. Would definitely recommend using Charter Sports on the bottom level for any ski rentals - very convenient. There is also a lift ticket window right outside Charter. Have been to Breckenridge 10+ times and this was definitely the best overall lodging experience of them all. This will be my first choice next time.

Incredible Home!

First, people do not realize that a lot of places do not have aircon in Breck. This place is no exception, however, they have cieling fans and the way the condo is designed it remains cool in summer. This is incredible for those who hate heat. If you feel it is too cold, turn the fans off and they have incredible blankets and a fireplace. Also, WHERE did they get the sofa?! We fell in love with the comfort! Clean, had everything we needed, water dispenser in Fridge, ice, laundry, comfortable beds! Great location and friendly staff. The only disappointment, in which we missed was the pool and spa were closed unless you prebook to have it open during the off season.

Great Spot For A Ski Vacation

Nice place for sure. We’ve stayed here before but this year we noticed a few issues. First, the keys mostly don’t work. We had people locked outside in the pool area, locked out of the gym, and almost no one could actually use their keys to get into the room. Also, the shuttle service is great but one of the main drivers can be snarky and that was not appreciated by anyone. Some of the furniture is wearing and needs to be replaced. For example, the stools are losing their finish and the leather is cracking. The bed pillows are horrible. Most guests woke up with stiff necks because the pillows are so tall and hard. The heat comes from the floor and can be incredibly hot with little ability to control it. On the positive side, the family room area provides great seating for groups with a large sectional couch and two chairs.

Good Welcome instructions & program.Room/Unit in very good condition.TV controls/instructions on strong, but not the reason we are in CO.facility amenities' in good represented conditions.I'd stay at location again, just need more seasonal snow for the past mid january.

Great House Great Location

Great house that allows you to enjoy the slopes or town all within walking distance! House was perfect size for two families with 9 total people. Ability to ski in/out was awesome and the staff was top notch!
