The house itself is 5 stars and there was always a quick response from the management. My reservations on this property are that we had to fill out extra forms (including photos of DL front and back) before we could check in and never saw anything requesting this to be done until we contacted the management on the day of check in where they wouldn’t provide details on the check in until the form was completed.
The finishes were way below the quality of the property. From the toilet paper to the beds/bedding things felt very cheap.
The layout of beds struck me as odd. One basement bedroom had two twin size beds and the other two had one queen each with two queens placed in the den. It just felt like an odd use of the downstairs space.
The kitchen lacked some of the basics that other properties have such as a spatula that wasn’t broken, a rubber spatula, cookie sheets, measuring cups, etc. Additionally, two of the four burners on the stove were malfunctioning.
Lastly, the dryer broke while we were there and one of the locks on an exterior door didn’t work. With a house of 10 people on the go, including young ones, this was a real challenge. It wasn’t anyone’s fault but nonetheless we had to reuse towels and clothes that were dirty with no remedy offered, just requests for photos and more information.
