Starwood en dilema está convenientemente situado en el barrio sereno de madera Creek Estates. Sólo 8 minutos (5 millas) del centro de Breckenridge, este tranquilo barrio pavimentada es perfecto para un paseo por la mañana para disfrutar de las impresionantes vistas a la montaña!

Al entrar en el 3200 pies cuadrados dúplex de lujo casa, se encuentra el punto de vista enmarcada abeto de 14.265 'Mt. Dilema bienvenida a "casa" a Colorado!

El techo abovedado gran sala cuenta con pisos de madera y una chimenea de gas creando un ambiente acogedor para relajarse y ver la televisión, leer un buen libro o viendo caer la nieve en un día invernal en la terraza que alberga la bañera de hidromasaje, parrilla de gas y muebles de patio durante los meses de verano. Tener un concepto abierto la planta principal incluye un comedor y un bar, así como un mostrador de la cocina de granito con acero / electrodomésticos de acero inoxidable todos convenientemente juntos para el disfrute familiar.

Además de la planta principal gran sala es la sala de juegos abajo (hombre de las cavernas) que cuenta con una mesa de billar, Sra. Máquina de Pacman, mesa de póquer / tarjeta, tablero de dardos, máquina de palomitas, televisión por cable, equipo de música y un bar completo.

La casa amueblada de diseño cuenta con dos dormitorios principales (TV en ambos) - uno en la planta principal (cinco piezas de baño con bañera de hidromasaje) y uno en la planta baja (con una ducha de vapor / sauna con capacidad para 4 personas).

El loft de arriba (con cama queen) ofrece una televisión / DVD y está configurado para la wii. Los dos dormitorios en planta alta cuentan con una cama de matrimonio con baño en suite baños completos. Un medio baño adicional se encuentra en la planta principal.

El garaje climatizado dispone de aparcamiento para un coche y un "área de cambio 'que incluye secadores para 10 pares de botas o guantes. Hay un aparcamiento con capacidad para cuatro coches adicionales en la calzada pavimentada.

Our group was my family of four (kiddos 7&9), my brother, friends and in-laws! The house was perfect! The boot (and glove) dryer in the garage was awesome, the heated floors were so nice! We enjoyed the hot tub a few times as well! The kitchen had all sizes of pots, pans, griddles, crockpots! We did run out of silverware after the first meal, but once we realized that, we just washed them as we used them! The house is beautiful and beds were cozy! Thank you so much for a great week!

This place is so amazing and worth every penny. The home is stocked better than any rental I’ve ever stayed in! Whatever you need, it has. We enjoyed the gorgeous views, the games and pool table, the hot tub, heated floors and steam shower just to name a few! Tons is space to put your snow boots and gloves on the dryers in the garage. Perfect location close to Breckenridge but far enough away to remain peaceful. 10/10 cannot wait to return!!!

We have had numerous family summer trips to the Breck area and this was the best one yet. This trip included our two adult children and their fiancés. I read the impressive reviews prior to booking and all of them were true. Beautiful home equipped with everything you need. Our family enjoyed the hot tub under the stars, the pool table in the man cave, the steam shower, gathering in the family room in the evening, and the one evening we cooked together in the kitchen. This was also the first time we stayed on the west side of Breck and found the location was ideal. A little more private with easy and quick access to downtown Breck. Best of all the hosts were fantastic. They were accessible, very accommodating, and go out their way to ensure you have a great experience. Thank you for sharing your home and for a wonderful visit. We plan to stay here again on our next trip to Breck!

The house was clean, spacious, and well decorated! The hot tub on the deck was a huge bonus to be able to see the kids from the main family room and kitchen area. Tons of space for our group of 9. The hosts were easy to communicate with and very responsive. We would definitely come back!

Beautiful, quiet, comfy mountain lodge in Blue River. The lower-level game room and hot tub got a lot of use on our trip. The bedrooms each having their own bathrooms was also very nice. All second to the view of Quandry Peak and the snowy pine trees out the windows. The hosts were as good as it gets when it comes to rental properties.

The property was everything we had hoped for. The kitchen was very well stocked with utensil, pots/pans, & even spices. You can set the temp to each room which was nice. The only complaint we had was there is no curtains or blinds in the master bedroom. While it is above the backside neighbors house, so unlikely they could see in, the moon shined brightly into the room & it’s a little disconcerting that people could see in. But other than that we loved the place. Spent multiple nights downstairs in the game room playing pool, darts, Texas hold ‘em & board games.

This house was perfect for our family Thanksgiving celebration. Plenty of room for our adult children, their spouses and kids to feel comfortable. Loved the open main living room, dining area, and kitchen. The table with the bench seating was perfect for the main meal. The holiday decorations were a nice touch and the hot tub on the deck was great. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed. We highly recommend this house and hope to visit again in the future!

All was great with our stay! Not too far from Breck. Communication with the owners was easy. We had no issues during our 4 night stay. The house was just as listed. This was our first year to do a Christmas trip and it was great! Master bed was comfy, sleep sofas were sleeper sofas lol our kids said the other beds could have been a little more comfortable but not horrible. The house was very clean and decorated great! The owners supplied everything you could think of! I highly recommend this house! Oh and the view is breathtaking

This home was pristine and beautiful, accounting for every little detail to make it feel like home! We spent Thanksgiving week here…our family of 5. The kitchen had everything you could think of to make wonderful breakfasts, throw food in crockpots, everything was accounted for. The view from the hot tub was unbeatable as was the natural light that filtered into the house. Our kids loved the PacMan game and the dart board. My husband loved the pool table. I loved the master bathtub and all the laughter I heard ringing through the house during the week. We can’t wait to visit again!

Stayed in this property with my family over Thanksgiving break 2021. It was amazing. We’ve stayed in a lot of properties and this felt like home. Awesome property. The owners are wonderful to work with and the home is very well equipped. Plenty of room to spread out for a large family. It is a little warm in the Summer, if you like to sleep cool. There is actually spices and such if you like to cook and the hot tub is amazing! We saw a Moose on day 2 just walking around the neighborhood. We would definitely stay here again. The location and views are magnificent especially if you are looking for peace and quiet location close to Breckenridge.

The entire family really enjoyed the cabin. Main level and lower level bedrooms felt a little weird with no window coverings to keep people from looking in and the morning sunlight from waking you up on vacation. We all had a blast with the lower level game room and spent many nights downstairs. And the hottub was a big hit to just sit and relax in it. Weather was great even with the rain it cleared up most days and enjoyed the mountain air! Added plus its 5 miles into breckenridge and tons of things to do there. Overall great trip and we would do it again in a heartbeat!!!....Thank You!!

Starwood was simply fantastic! We assembled our family from around the country at this beautiful spot, and everyone had a memorable time. This location is perfect; close enough to the lifts to make mountain sports easy, but far enough away to let us relax in peace. The home is very well appointed, better than any of our previous rentals. It had plenty of everything a large group could need, from towels and kitchen amenities to sleds and bathroom supplies. This place was just like home, but with fantastic luxuries like heated floors and ski boot dryers in the garage. It was set up perfectly for what we needed; a relaxing family get away. And, having the chance to meet a friendly pair of moose at our front door make our stay unbeatable and memorable. Thank you for sharing your amazing home with our family! We will be back!
