  • 1000 sqft - 1 Bedroom, 1 bath guesthouse on Hubbard Creek Lake in Breckenridge, TX. This guesthouse is equipped with a full kitchen, a bedroom with a queen bed, a full/twin bunk as well as a pull out sofa bed in the living room. Ample parking for all your toys with a large circle drive. Small boat launch on site that is usable when the lake is at normal capacity. 4 Kayaks included during your stay (2 kid, 1 adult, 1 double) Less than 3 miles to public boat ramp, Walmart, baitshop, etc. Lake level fluctuates. Please check current level if that is important to you.

Was very surprised learning on arrival that we weren't allowed to flush toilet paper down the toilet due to a "sensitive septic system". That would have been a non-starter when we were was searching for a place to stay. Nothing like used poopy toilet paper in a open trash can to take the shine off an otherwise nice rental.

This place was just what we needed. Affordable, nice, spacious, comfortable. Stayed nice and cool. Had plenty of linens, beds and games if needed. We loved the circle drive as we brought our boat. The place is cutely decorated and had a full kitchen. While we wish it had a bathtub, for a short little trip and the affordability the, shower was just fine. It’s a good walk to the water but it’s there and looked like fun. We just came to night fish so we didn’t really play that way. Check in and out was a breeze. We loved our stay and will definitely be looking to stay again! Thanks so much for a wonderful experience.

Just what I needed for business stay

Traveling for work and needed a simple convenient place to stay with more amenities than a hotel. Easy check in and check out. Host was great with communication.

Perfect, Cozy Stay

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! Everything we needed for a weekend stay in Breckenridge! We played ALL the games, loved the movie selection & the house itself was the perfect coziness. Communication with owner was excellent - very prompt if we needed anything! We will definitely be staying here again when we visit Breckenridge!

Very nice, clean cottage. My son and i spent a weekend there while fishing a bass tournament. Our choice of where to stay was the only positive about the tournament weekend! A little more pricey than a motel but worth the added cost in my opinion.

Lily Pad Lane

We enjoyed our stay here at this cute 1 bedroom/bath house. It worked perfectly for what we needed. My son wanted to take pictures of the night sky. It was nice and quiet and close to the water. It was also close to town, which had a Wal mart. We would stay here again

We enjoyed the lake and the stay, we left some channel catfish filets in your freezer enjoy we forgot them.

Great getaway!

House was as described online. Had one small issue with the water heater and the owner was right over to fix it. Very kind property owner. House was great, we had a great trip!
