--BEFORE YOU BOOK PLEASE READ--
To ensure a smooth and secure stay, a signed rental agreement is required within 48 hours of booking. The full agreement is available to you prior to booking - please reach out to us to obtain a full copy. The agreement will ask for the full names of all guests (including children), along with the booking guest’s address and phone number.

Wildlife Awareness:
* Breckenridge is home to moose, bears, and other wildlife. For your safety, please observe from a distance and never approach or feed animals.
Winter Conditions:
* Snow and ice are common during colder months. Walkways, parking areas, and outdoor surfaces may be slippery—appropriate footwear and caution are always recommended.
Accessibility:
* This property is not ADA accessible and does not include features such as grab bars in bathrooms.
* Please note that A/C is rare in Breckenridge; our condo relies on cool mountain air and fans and DOES NOT HAVE A/C. We love this alpine experience, but please ensure it fits your needs before booking, as we cannot honor cancellations due to the lack of A/C.
