    The Space:
    Enjoy a mountain getaway at this stylish 3-bedroom, 3-bathroom townhome that can comfortably host up to 8 guests. Whether you have been out on the slopes or exploring downtown Breck, this updated retreat will have everything you need for a comfortable stay. Step inside to discover a bright space with an open layout, perfect for spending quality time with loved ones after an adventure-filled day!

    When you arrive at the home, you will find the main living space on the second floor. This space features new flooring and updated furnishings, creating a modern and stylish retreat. The living room/kitchen/dining room are all connected in one open room, so you can stay connected with your group wherever you are in this space. This dynamic room has everything you need for entertaining and relaxing! In the living room, you will find a cozy sofa from which you can relax while you warm up by the fire or enjoy a movie on the 40” TV. Directly behind the living room sofa is the dining area where you will find a large table with seating for 8 situated underneath a modern light fixture. This space is filled with natural light thanks to the sliding glass doors that lead out to the private balcony. Step outside and relax on one of the patio chairs while you take in your surroundings.

    Back inside, you will find the fully equipped kitchen next to the living room. A kitchen bar with two bar stools connects the living room and kitchen and provides a great additional seating option for hanging out or eating. In the beautiful kitchen, you will find everything you may need to prepare your delicious creations from stainless steel appliances, a crockpot, and a full range of basic cookware. When you aren’t heading out to eat at one of Breck’s delicious eateries, you will enjoy whipping up meals in this space! Off the open living space is a full bathroom with a single-sink vanity and a shower.
    NOTE: There is an extension to the dining room table, located in the master bedroom's closet in case guests need additional seating around the table. Please enjoy!

    When you are ready to settle in for the night, you will find the master bedroom down the hallway from the kitchen and living room. This well-decorated bedroom will be your private oasis with a king-size bed, a large dresser with a smart TV on top, an ensuite bathroom, and a private balcony. Start your day with a cup of coffee out on the balcony before heading into the ensuite bathroom to get ready for the day's adventures. In the spacious master bathroom, you will find a double-sink vanity, a shower with a glass door, and a soaking jet tub perfect for easing sore muscles after a day on the slopes!

    The townhome’s other two bedrooms are found on the lower level of the home, providing a nice separation of space for additional privacy. The first bedroom is set up as a bunk room with two twin-over-twin bunk beds in wooden bed frames. This room features a smart TV, fun decor with colorful lighting and artwork, and ample storage space with a closet, a small dresser, and drawers underneath the beds. In addition, from this room, you can step out to a deck that is shared with the other downstairs bedroom. The second downstairs bedroom is a cozy space with a queen-size bed, a large dresser, a smart TV, and access to the downstairs deck. All three of the home’s bedrooms feature carpeting for added comfort. A full bathroom is located next to the two downstairs bedrooms for shared use and features a single-sink vanity and a bathtub/shower combo. Next to the bathroom is a tiled hallway that leads to the garage. In the hallway, you will find a bench and coat hooks, making for a comfortable space to unload your outdoor gear before settling into the home.

    Guest Access:
    Guests will have access to the entire home, a private balcony, and two parking spots, one in the garage and one in front of the garage. The garage also includes 2 EV chargers.

    The Neighborhood:
    This home is in an incredible location, placing you within walking distance to all that Breck has to offer! Be out on the slopes in no time, with two lifts under a 10-minute walk away. The BreckConnect Gondola is only 3 blocks from the home connecting you to the bases of Peaks 7 and 8, and the Snowflake lift is just a 10-minute walk away, so you can be out your door and on the slopes in mere minutes! Breckenridge Ski Resort is 2.5 miles from home, from which you can access five different peaks, and enjoy the lovely aprés ski restaurants and venues. Breckenridge’s historic Main Street is less than a 10-minute walk away and is where you can enjoy countless shops, restaurants, breweries, galleries, and museums. Enjoy a walk along the Blue River Recreation path that runs parallel to the shops and restaurants of Main Street. If you are a live music fan be sure to check out some live music at Riverwalk Center, in the winter there is indoor heated seating and in the summer you can enjoy the music out on the lawn. In the Summer months, enjoy endless fun at Peak 8's Epic Discovery, where you can ride the alpine slide and roller coaster or play a round of mini golf. Drive scenic Boreas Pass, go troll-hunting for Isak Heartstone, or hit one of the area's many hiking and biking trails - you can truly do it all from this incredible home!

    Getting Around:
    From this well-located townhome, you can easily walk to all of the main attractions, ski lifts, eateries, and the bustling Main Street. Main Street is less than a 10-minute walk away, at which you can hop on the free Main Street trolley, a great option for exploring downtown Breckenridge. Or, quickly be up on the ski slopes thanks to the BreckConnect Gondola, which is located blocks away from the home and will take you to the bases of Peaks 7 and 8. The Breck free ride bus is a convenient option, with the Sawmill Road stop on the Gold Express Route a two-minute walk from the house. Hop on the bus and find yourself connected to multiple bus routes that can get you anywhere you need to go in this one-of-a-kind town. Uber/Lyft are always available.

    4-wheel drive or 2-wheel drive tires with snow chains may be necessary for safe travel to this property, even if it hasn’t snowed in a few days.

This location was excellent for skiing and going to town. We liked the condo because it had 3 separate bedrooms and 3 separate bathrooms. We especially liked the kitchen table and the living area were combined. It was a little tight but still worked perfectly for our stay. Host was responsive and followed up with us on all our questions. Enjoyable Stay!

Great condo!

Instructions for check in/check out were crystal clear, everything is so well organized. The condo is large enough for families to separate into their own rooms, but also cozy enough with seating for everyone to warm up by the fire. Beautifully decorated, extremely clean, and well stocked for cooking and dining in. Highly recommend!

Perfect Trip

This property was perfect for a ski trip. It has a heated garage and is 30 yards from the bus to take you to the lift. I had a few questions prior to arrival and they responded within minutes every time. Furnishings were great including items for cooking at home. We had a great experience and I absolutely recommend this condo for a skiing.
