Welcome to Mountain Kingdom, hosted by InvitedHome. This property blends the charm of classic mountain cabins with modern elegance. The main living area features leather chairs and a large couch facing a two-story stone fireplace with a built-in flat-screen TV and sound system. Large windows offer stunning views of the pine trees and valley below. Also on the main floor is the master suite bedroom with a king bed and ensuite bathroom.

Adjacent to the living area, the dining room seats eight at a long wooden table with high-backed chairs. Wrought iron chandeliers add a touch of Colorado’s Old West heritage. Behind the dining table is a polished granite breakfast bar that seats six.

The open kitchen is spacious, allowing for meal preparation and interaction with guests at the breakfast bar, dining table, or living room. The upper level has two bedrooms: one with a king bed and one with a king bed and three twin beds, each with its own ensuite bathroom.

The lower level offers additional living space with a gaming area, a large couch, shuffleboard table, TV, pool table, bar with three stools, and a full kitchenette. A relaxing sauna is also accessible from this level. There is one bedroom with a king bed and ensuite bathroom on this floor.

An additional apartment over the garage features a living room, kitchen, bathroom, and a separate bedroom with two queen beds and two twins, ideal for larger groups. The breezeway connecting to the garage serves as an outdoor kitchen and lounge area with a grill, stone pizza oven, and counter space. Wooden rocking chairs provide a comfortable spot to enjoy the Breckenridge mountain views.

The backyard offers rustic stump seating and a hot tub for stargazing under the Colorado sky. Mountain Kingdom provides ample space and privacy, ensuring a memorable Breckenridge vacation with family and friends.

WHAT WE LOVE
- Hiking any of the renowned trails that are just a few minutes from the home. The Quandary Peak Trail and McCullough Gulch Trail are less than five minutes away, and are great for experienced hikers. Of the two, McCullough Gulch is easier and more dog-friendly.
- Getting the adrenaline going on a whitewater rafting trip. Head to nearby Frisco to find plenty of rental and tour companies, then get ready for wet and wild adventure.
- Learning a bit of Breckenridge history for free at the Edwin Carter Discovery Center. Though small, this museum has artifacts, information, videos, and more on the history of this mountainous area.

WHAT TO KNOW
- Everyone in your group must be over 25 or accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.
- The maximum occupancy is 12 people.
- The maximum number of cars at the property is 5.
- Due to the remote location of the home, internet service can be spotty. Bring your board games and movies in the event that service is weak.
- The drive to this home can be difficult during the winter; please ensure you have 4WD and/or winter tires on all vehicles.
- This home could allow up to two dogs with final approval from InvitedHome. Please let us know if you are planning on bringing a pet, emotional support animal, or service animal when booking. All details need to be submitted via text message or email for approval. The pet cleaning fee is $150 per animal and the pet rental fee is $50/night per animal. Pet fees will be added to the reservation after approval and are non-refundable.
- During peak seasons, check-in time is 4:00 pm. There is typically a departure the same morning, and our teams are going to great lengths to make the home perfect for a 4:00 pm arrival time. Luggage storage is unavailable while the home is being readied for an arrival. We recommend making travel plans accordingly. Our Reservation Specialists are happy to offer suggestions if you arrive early.
- Outdoor fires are strictly prohibited.

WHAT TO EXPECT AFTER BOOKING
- Reservation will be confirmed once required E-sign of Terms and Conditions is completed.
- If arrival date is more than 110 days prior to booking, half of the grand total is due upon booking and the remaining balance is due 110 days prior to arrival.
- For reservations exceeding eight days, please expect our Reservation Team to reach out to schedule an In-Stay Refresh and process payment.
- The Guest Assistant Team will be in touch with personalized Destination Guides and Check-In information.
- Check in codes will only be sent if there is a credit card on file for the reservation. These codes will be sent via text message on the day of arrival after 4:00pm.
