“I rented a room here for a family of three, and it was convenient to where we were going and places to eat. It's in a lovely neighborhood. Overall, it was affordable and clean. Communication with the manager is quick and convenient, mostly through email. There's an onsite caretaker that we saw in the mornings. I highly recommend it for an affordable stay.”

“We have just got home from a wonderful night at Ash farm . Fantastic service from Janice David and Christian they could not do enough for us. Our room was lovely we had the garden room. Not overly big but very quaint The setting is so beautiful.i would highly recommend here to anyone . “Our stay was very comfortable and it was a great location for our stopover between Scotland and Devon. The host was very efficient, friendly and accommodating to our needs. The room was clean and the beds were comfortable. The only downside was the en suite bathroom which had a sensor light. This made any night time toilet trips impossible to make without waking someone up with the light and extractor fan. The shower pressure was very weak & the sink was tiny. “This property was perfect for our needs, working at a conference in the city. We arrived 9pm and left early both days, so just needed a place to sleep. Private carpark round the rear of property. Close to metro (tram) stop and an easy 20 minutes by car from the city centre (less for Salford Quays or Old Trafford). Apart from check-in we never saw anyone during our weekend stay.
