Friends Weekend

It was amazing! Everything we needed for a great girls weekend. The porch is cozy and we enjoyed being able to cook and just relax. Beautiful furnishings, comfy beds, and great views!

Peaceful, quiet, beautiful property

The Kottage was just what we expected. Living on a ranch, this was perfect for us. Homemade bread was wonderful!! Beds were great. View from porch was beautiful. Would go back again.

Roundtop House

This place is awesome. Its vintage, if you want modern you will be dissappointed. The Bedrooms are tight, the bathroom is older, the floors creak, but its just as advertised. The Setting is the middle of a pasture, it is great! The view from the porch may inspire you to want to retire there. The owner is available and helpful. Its clean. Very unique Would Stay again

Great Country Getaway

Went with my mom and sister for a weekend of shopping in Round Top. We were greeted by the herd of cows when we arrived. The cottage sits on top of a hill and has a great breeze and views. We enjoyed the amenities and the beds were comfortable. It was a little challenging to shower without a hook to hang the shower head on. We will come back!

Sweet spot

What an awesome cozy cottage this place is! Full of the comforts of home in the middle of the Texas countryside. Coffee with cows became a regular morning routine on the lovely porch. Great location and easy to book!! Will defn use again!

Fab location!!

Just two of us gals getting away to enjoy freedom and antiquing....Had a great time and loved staying out in the country with such a beautiful view!! We enjoyed watching the cows come in for their dinner! What a treat! The house was cozy and so clean .. the beds were very comfortable and everything decorated very nicely...loved the coffee bar!! Would definitely stay again!

we had a marvelous time staying on this lovely ranch. Katie was a great hostess and provided us with so many little extras. The cottage is decorated so adorably and the view fantastic! I do hope we can return again next year.

This cottage was lovely and very comfortable. We had OJ, creamer, coffee and apple pastries waiting for us upon arrival. Awesome views from the porch! Quiet. Very comfortable beds! We had a girls weekend here for Round Top shopping and the location is perfect. It's only 15 minutes away. House is fully stocked with everything you need to cook if you choose. We really loved our stay! Thank you!

A lovely home for RoundTop shopping

Kate has created a delightful farmhouse to get away from it all or as a base for Round Top shopping. Four of us spent three nights in this lovely home. Great beds, linens and towels. Coffee, oj and muffins greeted us, along with our charming hostess who offered pro tips for Round Top shopping. We grilled each night, watched the rain fall, played with the farm kitties and got in plenty of porch rocking. A few things we adapted to were the hand-held shower, the water supply initially had a sulphuric smell and the kitchen knives could use a good sharpening (although the set does have a sharpener). All in all a beautiful spot! Thank you for sharing it with us.
