This was the perfect spot to get some much needed rest after a long day at Round Top. It's conveniently located just 12 minutes away from Blue Hills. The breakfast was delicious and the personalized washcloth was incredibly thoughtful.

Sharon was incredibly thoughtful and extremely generous in the space. Because it is a bit remote, the snacks and bottled drinks were quite helpful. We also thoroughly enjoyed feeding the sweet cows. Gracious, relaxed, and so hospitable!

We stayed just one night but it was a perfect and lovely stay. The place was very clean, looked just like the pictures. Beds were comfortable and kitchen well stocked and organized. It was Sharon’s hospitality and attention to detail that made this place worth it. She communicated the week before the stay to ask about any dietary restrictions for breakfast and if there was anything else we needed. She had the fridge stocked with ice cream and drinks. She had monogrammed wash cloths for me and my mom, and the hand delivered breakfast in the morning was absolutely delicious. The property is beautiful and quiet and we had the most gorgeous sunrise. I highly recommend this place.

We had a great time and Sharon was the best host. Felt very cared for and special. Breakfast was amazing and the personalized hand towels were a great touch. Looking forward to staying there again! Would recommend to anyone that is staying in the area.

Quaint lodging with great attention to detail. It was easy to locate, easy to check in, and it had everything we needed. Little details like both plain and French vanilla coffee creamer (I’m not a big coffee drinker so I only partake if there’s flavored creamer), makeup removal wipes in the bathroom, an embroidered washcloth with my name (?!!?! WOW!!), and a spectacular fresh, homemade breakfast. The place was very clean and tidy, welcoming, and felt like a fantastic place to stay. Our stay was very brief but Sharon seems like a wonderful host!

Very cozy quiet space! And convenient to the Round Top Antique Fall Market. Delicious homemade breakfast ... The owner had thought of everything ....with snacks, coffee and tea. Cute facecloth with my name stitched on it.

Such a wonderful stay! The property is just the coziest and perfectly situated in the country for a relaxing getaway. Sharon is such an attentive host from communications, wonderful breakfast and the monogrammed washcloths. The house is spotless and perfectly equipped with everything you need. Absolutely 5-stars!! And feeding the cows is an added bonus

We enjoyed our stay at this quaint BnB. Sharon had our names embroidered on face cloths for us when we arrived, which was so sweet. The breakfast of fresh fruit, quiche and a muffin was delightful. The sunrise in the morning, which was visible from the kitchen window, was spectacular!

We had a wonderful stay at our farmhouse B&B. Sharon was a wonderful host and greeted us with warmth and kindness. She even made us personalized embroidered wash cloths! Breakfast the next day was absolutely delicious. We look forward to returning in the future!

Cost farm stay

We really enjoyed our peaceful visit with the extra touches of nice linens and pretty breakfast dishes. The washcloths with our names embroidered was a sweet detail too. Ms. Sharon aimed to please, and she was thoughtful and easy to work with. Thank you for a lovely getaway on your scenic farm with bluebonnets and cows.

Round Top Girls' Trip

Great stay in the country near Round Top. Sharon's breakfasts are stellar!!! Sharon reached out ahead of time regarding food allergies, made all breakfasts gluten free for myself and sister-in-law, better than anything we could have found at a nice restaurant. Sharon and husband are cordial and friendly, but not at all intrusive. Only downside for us was proximity to a busy road (we like to walk in the mornings) so have to be careful to avoid the traffic. We will definitely stay again!!!

Great stay

We enjoyed our stay. We were there for one night because we were in town for the Houston Calf Scramble Prospect Show. The beds were comfy and the shower was hot. We did not ask for breakfast so they left us homemade cookies as a nice treat.

This little barn cottage was perfect! The breakfast was delicious and beautifully presented. The huge trees and beautiful land was awesome. Feeding treats to the cows was a bonus!
