“The host took days to respond to messages as a result I could not get access to the property for 3 hours after checkin time.The central heating in the lounge leaks causing the whole floor to be soaking wet. It was only because I was emptying buckets of water that this was addressed despite the host being notified. For breakfast, I noticed that it takes a moment when the receptionist asks for your room number and until assign you a table….you have to improve that.
