This comfortably furnished vacation home with a sauna offers plenty of space for 4 people in its 85 m². 

On the ground floor, the entryway—featuring a coat closet and separate guest restroom—leads to the living room, which includes an open, modern stainless-steel kitchen, a large dining table, and an adjoining seating area by the wood-burning stove. The large glass doors provide a constant view of the water. 

The hallway on the ground floor also leads to a bedroom with an adjoining bathroom featuring a shower.  

The upper floor features a bathroom with a bathtub, toilet, and washing machine, as well as a bedroom with two single beds. This bedroom also includes a flat-screen TV with a DVD player. 

Unfortunately, pets are not allowed, nor is smoking permitted. 

Therefore, the house is also suitable for people with allergies. 

The storage room contains a dryer, beach umbrellas, and a beach tent.
