Two bedrooms (one with a double bed (140 cm) and wardrobe, and the other with two single beds (90 cm)), a separate toilet, and a shower room (vanity unit, shower, and towel warmer).

The living room opens onto a small wooden terrace (table and chairs) and provides access to the garden.

UPSTAIRS (accessible internally via the garage or from the outside): a second two-bedroom apartment (sleeps 5) comprising a spacious living area with a lounge (sofa, armchairs, TV), a dining area (table, chairs, sideboard), and a fully equipped kitchen (extractor hood, ceramic hob, oven, microwave, refrigerator/freezer, dishwasher).

A hallway leads to two bedrooms, a separate toilet, and a bathroom (bath and shower, vanity unit, and heated towel rail).
