The house is right on the water and has it's own private beach, water was cold but that didn't stop us from throwing some tubes into the river and going for a short float! The house had every accommodation that you could imagine - whatever we forgot, it was there waiting for us. “My husband and I and our adult daughter and her boyfriend stayed here for a weekend in March. We immediately felt welcomed and at home. Great gathering spaces and comfortable beds. Kitchen is well stocked with everything needed to prepare meals. Perfect location for those of us who enjoy being away from the crowds, but close to everything you want to do. Lots of natural light and a lovely mountain view.”

“We had a wonderful weekend at the Osgood home for a weekend of relaxation on Mothers Day weekend. Great location for us to explore downtown North Conway , the Outlet shops and a trek to Diana's baths. We had planned on taking a walk on the property trail bit found a sign that indicated a Mama Bear and her cubs had been sighted along the trail. We decided to leave her to her mothers day weekend.”

“Very comfortable property close to Lincoln with easy access to hiking trails (and skiing in winter!). Well equipped unit with nice open kitchen/dining/sitting area with lovely views. You have to carry your luggage up a long-ish flight of steps but that was no issue for us. Owner is super-responsive. Highly recommend!”

“I expected a typical townhouse size and I was pleasantly surprised with the large rooms. It was 4 floors with plenty of room for our 2 families. The little ones were really excited about the toys in the lower level. It was a nice surprise for them. Ha ha”
