    The Space:

    Nestled on a private lot just minutes from downtown Brevard, this unique circular mountain home offers peaceful surroundings, beautiful views, and thoughtfully curated details that make every stay memorable. Flooded with natural light and designed with soaring ceilings and an open floor plan, the home creates a bright, welcoming space perfect for relaxing after a day exploring the mountains. The main living area features a wood-burning fireplace, comfortable seating, and a daybed for additional sleeping. The spacious kitchen flows seamlessly into the living area, making it easy for everyone to gather together. Double doors open to a large back deck with a propane grill, where guests can enjoy fresh mountain air and scenic views. Upstairs, you’ll find two inviting bedrooms. The primary suite features a natural gas fireplace, private balcony, and a large master bathroom with a jetted soaking tub and double sinks—perfect for unwinding after a day of adventure. One guest bedroom includes two twin beds, while the other offers a queen bed and a TV mounted above the fireplace. These bedrooms share a bathroom. A circular staircase leads downstairs to a quiet guest retreat with two queen beds and a full bathroom—ideal for guests who want extra privacy. Just outside this level is a covered sitting area and fire pit, a perfect spot to relax under the stars after dinner or a bike ride. In the mountains, the night sky always seems a little closer. Cyclists will appreciate the thoughtful amenities designed for Brevard’s world-class trails, including a bike washing station, lockable bike storage, and basic bike tools to keep your ride ready for the next adventure. We enjoyed our stay in this unique home. It had everything we could ask for to make our weekend comfortable, including beautiful photography on the inside and lovely exterior gardens that our granddaughters enjoyed.

We enjoyed our weekend getaway in this clean, well-stocked home. Our granddaughters enjoyed the lovely ourdoor gardens. Appreciated the proximity to downtown Brevard and attractions as well. On our list of rentals to return to.

We had a wonderful time. Location was perfect, close to Ingles, Dupont and the parkway. We love to cook, so the kitchen could have been better equipped but we made it work! Nearby Franklin park was great for the toddlers and we saw a white squirrel while there!

Great get away for 2-3 adults Had great difficulty with unlocking the coded door lock, but called and got in without further issue after 2 timeThe bedrooms are upstairs while we were fairly comfortable ceiling fans would have been great.We were close to town with the ability to walk most every where was great!Quiet street, very nice. Yes, I’d consider staying here again.

Such a wonderful space.. cozy, clean, and the perfect location! A short walk to the downtown filled with local eateries and boutiques. Ecusta Dacha was amazing in every way.. listening to the vinyl collection was a fabulous bonus!

Great mountain house & location

My family had a wonderful time at this house and in Brevard. The house exceeded our expectations and it was close to lots of outdoor activity options. Highly recommend!

A hidden gem in downtown Hendersonville

This was a great find in downtown Hendersonville. It’s a small little house, 5 minute walk over to Main St. The house has everything you need to enjoy your stay and the best part is, everything you will want to experience is no more than 15 minutes walk away.With the Ecusta Trail minutes away this gives you even more access to the area with a great walking, running and biking trail.

Nice weekend getaway

Great location! We enjoyed sitting on the deck and watching the white squirrels. Sunday morning we had a bear wander in the yard to check out a peach tree! Lots of wildlife, yet very close to town.

Perfect location for exploring the mountains

The house is in an older neighborhood, extremely quiet, and yet just minutes from adorable downtown Hendersonville. Comfy to come home to after a day of driving around. The Area is wonderful, so much smarter to stay here than in Asheville. Highly recommend Blue Ridge Parkway and Cradle of Forestry. Also head east out US Highway 64 into the Apple orchards region and for sure have barbecue at Chimney Rock Smokehouse (we went back twice in four days). Thanks for a great stay

Hendersonville

House was clean and quiet, outside the grass was long. Firepit area was kind of untidy with leaves sticks and other debris. Close to downtown, although walking uphill for a block or two was pretty taxing on two 77 year olds! Hendersonville is a beautiful place to visit and this house was a great place for a "home base".
