Great house

Very nice house in a nice quiet neighborhood. Walking distance to the Lumberyard district. The house had everything we needed. It even had a bike work stand that I used.

Anniversary weekend away

Great property and host, loved the proximity to downtown, used the bike path to get back and forth to brunch and the White Squirrel Festival, did some waterfall hikes and fly fishing. Great weekend away!

MTB and chill

Was good place to stay! liked what they left for us bread and other sundries. Appreciated that the pans were useable if not excellent so we could enjoy cooking. Could do with a better speaker or sound bar for TV, but that was my fault, as I planned to bring myself one and forgot.

Top-notch!

Wouldn't change a thing. House was 'tight'! Everything here was really new and whomever did the interior upgrades did a fantastic job. Super clean and very comfortable. Very convenient location for downtown, Grocery Store, Dupont or Pisagh. For those who are here to ride MTBs...great spot. As a fellow Vrbo Premier Host, let me say this is really top notch.

Great place for our quick trip

Perfect spot to meet up with friends for a quick visit to Brevard. House was super clean and had everything we needed! Perfect for the kids to play board games in the living room and run around outside in the backyard. Very quiet neighborhood and great location for easy access to downtown.

Could not ask for anything more.

Such a beautiful place. The house itself is wonderful, but all the little touches make it special. Location in nice neighborhood. All of the fixtures, sheets, towels, etc are first rate, and beds are very comfortable as well. This is hands down our best rental to date. The owners have gone above and beyond. Would suggest bringing your passwords for streaming TV. (Netflix, Prime, etc.) Love this place. Thank you for the opportunity to enjoy your great house.

Nice little house close to town

The house worked out just fine for our group of 4, it was close and walkable to downtown and a good base to explore the area. Kitchen had everything we needed and the house was very clean and we had no issues. We really enjoyed sitting on the front porch when we weren't out and about. My only complaint was that the beds were way too firm for us, an option to add a pillowtop mattress would have been nice for us side sleepers;)

Great Bike Trip

Our bike team stayed here for a long weekend to enjoy cycling around the Brevard area. The home was centrally located along the Brevard Greenway. We were able to ride from the home to trails. Close to Ingles and restaurants, the greenway will take you right to many restaurants. The house was nice and clean. Lockable shed in the back for bike storage. Would stay again, Zero complaints!

True Home Away from Home

This house was great for our family. We loved the firepit. Location was great for a short drive up to downtown. Enjoyed the Brewery close by. The house had everything we needed. Will definitely stay here again.

Loved all the house had to offer

Very clean well maintained home. Everything you could possibly want was provided. Side note: The bathroom upstairs mirror was dirty, and fingerprints were not wiped on the microwave from prior guests. Just thought you might like to know on your end. I would recommend to family & friends.

Rainy days in Brevard

This property was super clean and really nice. Decorating and furnishings of the house made it feel comfortable. The layout of the house was great. We didn’t feel like it was very walkable to town. It was uphill and was missing sidewalks in some areas. Besides that we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We’ll worth staying there.

Friends with kids get away: Perfection

My best friend and I brought our kids and were able to have wonderful weekend together connecting, relaxing, hiking and exploring. The house was perfect for us- included bunkbeds and we even found an awesome air mattress in the closet so all of the kids could sleep in the same room. (ages 5, 8, 8 and 12). The kitchen was beautiful and stocked with everything we needed, 3 different kinds of coffee makers! We also got good use out of the fire pit and front porch. It was walkable to downtown Brevard and a quick drive from the two main hiking areas. To top it off, my son left his special stuffed animal and the property owners found it and mailed it to me. So thoughtful and helpful. They were super responsive the entire time. I cannot say more positive things about how awesome our trip was.

Perfect Stay In Brevard

We were 3 guys on a fishing trip, so 3 bedrooms & 3 bathrooms were perfect. The house is attractive, very clean, and fully equipped. Very convenient location. Highly recommended.

My family had an exceptional stay here. The house was super clean, modern, and well-equipped. The backyard and front porch were used often during our weekend stay. It also snowed 13" during our trip which could not have been better! Wonderfully epic stay that made lasting memories!

Comfortable, quiet home

This is a great property. There was plenty of room for my husband, MIL, and toddler to spread out, as well as to spend time together. The kitchen was very functional and thoughtfully appointed. Everything was clean and comfortable. It's a short drive to everything in Brevard. The neighborhood was quiet. I would absolutely stay here again.
