Walk or bike to all that Brewster has to offer, including Point of Rocks Beach, Breakwater Beach, restaurants, bars and the Brewster General store. Spend your days exploring Brewster's famous flats. Enjoy your privacy on the one acre property with with whispering pines, generous yard for outside games and fun, and a large driveway with ample parking.

    This gorgeous four bedroom, three bathroom home sits at end of a quiet, sandy lane, with a long driveway, no through traffic and utmost privacy. The home includes a finished basement with a separate entrance, bathroom and bedroom, and sleeps 8-10 comfortably. Spacious kitchen. Beautiful working Rumford fireplace. Deck with patio furniture and grill. Bring your flip flops and your love of the Cape. High Tide Away awaits you, come and enjoy the spectacular Cape at any time of the year!

Weekend Getaway

We had the best time staying at this property. It was gorgeous with a beautiful backyard. With just a short walk to the beach and everything one could need within a few miles. Would definitely recommend this property and would stay again.

All ten of us thought this house was the best! It had every single thing we could want. The kids walked to the beach each morning, and we all explored wonderful Cape Cod. We highly recommend it.

This house was perfect for our family. It was clean and easy. It is also an optimal location, with a 5 minute walk to the local beach, and centrally located to make for easy drives to all other Cape Cod attractions. Would definitely recommend this property and the owners.

A week of memories

Only regret is that we couldn’t enjoy the great yard because of the weather. We ate and played mini golf, went to the beach, ate ice cream, and went to the Natural History Museum. The kids loved the bunk beds.

Great location in the middle of several areas we wanted to visit. Large house with enough space to easily accomodate our family of 4. Our son loved the finished basement and our daughter enjoyed the upstairs, while we took the master on the main floor, offering all of us our own living areas. Clean and well kept. Hosts also responded quickly to questions we had regarding use of household appliances.

Great!

This was a lovely home. Had all the necessary things you might want. Very convenient to beaches, down town etc. A couple quick thoughts were we did not find additional toilet paper or paper towels until we were literally getting ready to leave. I know we have Covid protocols but not sure why towels and sheets cannot be included where the laundry needs to be done anyway. Not a big deal just requires bringing more stuff! Otherwise really enjoyed the area. Thanks for everything!

Great Cape Cod rental

We really enjoyed staying in this house. There is so much room for the family to spread out and have their separate space. The house is at the end of a road so it’s very private and quiet. Short walks to the beach and the Brewster store. We would definitely stay here again. Loved the location on Cape Cod as it was close to most beaches and restaurants that we visited.

Spacious, Comfortable & Convenient

This is a quiet property with plenty of room for kids to play and run around. The house had a great layout and provided plenty of room for our party of 7. It is also centrally located in Brewster, with just a short bike ride to the local beaches, the Cape Cod Rail Trail and other key points of interest on Main Street (Brewster General Store; Brewster Scoop).

Beautiful private home

House was perfect for our 2 families, plenty of room with finished basement. Beautiful inside & out, loved the location & private yard/road. Walking distance to Point of Rocks Beach, Brewster Coffee Shop, Brewster General Store & Brewster Ice Cream. 5 min to Nickerson State Park where we love to swim. Owners for very responsive.
