Shixin was a truly wonderful host, going above and beyond to make our stay unforgettable. The home was lovely — clean, beautifully decorated, and perfectly located for a relaxing Cape Cod Girls’ Trip.The quiet beach just steps away was a highlight. With the soothing sound of waves and the slider doors open, it made for a blissful escape. There were plenty of chairs on the deck and sand area — perfect for enjoying morning coffee or reading a book.The drive into Provincetown was easy, and we spent a full day exploring local shops and restaurants. We also visited several stunning nearby beaches — Herring Cove, Race Point, and Coast Guard Beach — all nearly empty in May. Don’t miss Truro Vineyards just down Shore Road!The house felt completely private, never like a shared space, and the layout was ideal for our group of five. We can’t wait to come back!

We were the only guests at the time so not sure how the noise would be during peak season. Our end unit was lovey and spotlessly clean. .7 miles into PT. The sliding glass doors downstairs need work as they were almost impossible for us to open. Mini Splits were confusing to operate. The upstairs deck was an amazing place to sit and enjoy the expansive sea or watch the sunset.

This condo had everything you could possibly need. Plenty of parking. 3 separate sleeping areas. Beautiful views of the sunsets. Any kitchen accessory and appliance you need. Would highly recommend and definitely return.

We had a great time! Condo nicely decorated and supplied with all necessary items for cooking. The beach was fantastic. The six of us enjoyed our stay very much. There was one situation not related to the condo but for wheel-chair people. For access to the beach, it is easier to cross the small portion of sand in back location. But access was cut off. Can a new rule be applied for wheelchairs having access using the back location?

Shixin was a wonderful host! She was a great communicator and gave us fabulous info about the area. Her restaurant recommendations were delicious and much appreciated. The house is lovely and the beach is quiet and delightful. The water was much warmer than the Atlantic side of course, and my kids enjoyed swimming (and they are used to warmer southern beaches!). It was a perfect location for our family of four to spend our first, but certainly not our last visit on Cape Cod. Also one of the best equipped rental kitchens we have ever stayed in, I love to cook and I could have easily cooked much more than I did comfortably.

My family stayed at The Sandytoes condo during the week of July 4th and we had a wonderful time. The hosts were very friendly, thorough, and communicative. The check-in process was simple and the condo was lovely, decorated with a perfect beach theme. Upon arrival, we found it to be clean, with well-stocked kitchen cabinets, plenty of towels, laundry detergent, and dishwashing soap. There was also a lot of closet and dresser space. We couldn't think of anything that was missing. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it!

The amazing communication, location, cleanliness, beautiful and well thought out decor throughout the whole house, the layout of the house, and the sound of the waves outside your door all combined into a blissful escape for the four nights we were there. The sounds of the waves and the ocean breeze with the slider doors open both upstairs and down was so soothing. In mid June and with a full moon we had very different oceans each day, making it fun to explore over and over again. One day we even had a seal visiting. It is an easy scenic drive to Provincetown and between Stop and Shop in Ptown and Days market just down the road, we had all we needed for groceries. We spent hours shopping and eating in Provincetown, hit many of the outer beaches (which in June are almost empty) and nothing we did was more than a 30 min drive. The unit has two parking spots that are double long so you can park 4 cars. The washer and dryer were great. Water pressure in all the bathrooms and showers was wonderful. Kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed and new appliances. The decor was so inviting. The whole place is just so inviting. There is a kayak and life jacket which was a lot of fun. A short walk North up the beach at low tide has tide pools and soft sandy shores for beach treasure hunting. It never once felt like we were in a condo with shared spaces with others.We never noticed the neighbors. Shixin was so helpful, above and beyond several times over! We can't wait to return

The condo is as pictured and is right on the beach. The host responded immediately to any questions we had. The kitchen is well equipped and the condo very comfortable. We spent most late afternoons sitting on the outdoor deck or upstairs balcony overlooking the water - a perfect and relaxing way to end the day. The condo is convenient to lots of sights and activities as well as restaurants and groceries. Would definitely stay again.

The location of this property can’t be beat. Right on the beach. Beautiful sunsets, short drive to watch the sunrise and many hiking locations a short distance away. We explored much of the Cape and ate at many fine restaurants. Ptown was great for shopping, only 3 miles away. Being right on the beach made it perfect long walks. A perfect view from all windows and sliding doors. Kitchen is well stocked and beds were very comfortable. Will definitely be back

I can’t say enough about this fabulous vacation rental. It has everything you need, most importantly the rolling waves outside the door! Shixin was so responsive and easy to communicate with. We already booked our trip here for next year!

We loved our stay here. The location was perfect; you can sit on the front porch and be right on the bay with beautiful sunsets. It was clean and had a kitchen with everything you could possibly need. The owner was very responsive. We were very comfortable here and the view was so beautiful and relaxing

This condo was the perfect size for our family- 5 adults and one toddler. A high chair was included for the toddler, which was nice. It would be even better with the ability to use the full direct beach access (not the owner’s fault at all), but the breezeway was not very far away to walk to the water. Just a note, there is a lot of seaweed that washes up on the beach here. Being 8-10 minutes from Provincetown allowed us to easily schedule whale watching, get groceries, or go out to dinner throughout the week.

Each year we go to the Cape and this is the first time we stayed in Truro. The place was perfect for us and it was right on the water. Unfortunately, we couldn’t go off the deck because the dune was destroyed over the winter and needed to be repaired. But the view was still amazing. We sat on the deck every morning and was even able to catch some great sunsets. There was a kayak that we were able to use along with beach chairs, and toys. PTown was just a few minutes away and we enjoyed shopping, sightseeing and eating there. Communication with the property manager was a breeze. She responded timely every time and was super friendly. I would definitely recommend staying here!

2 floors - 2 chairs on balcony with stunning views of bay and ptown. Porch has 4 chairs and a grill. Grill works well. Large kitchen new appliances. Parking is easy with 2 long spaces making exempted vehicles easy to park. We rented electric bikes and rode into town. About 13 minutes to angel foods for reference. Porch had been washed out but it is being fixed and didn’t cause any problems. Washer and dryer worked well. Beds were comfortable. A Queen own room looks out at parking lot and north to lake and dunes. Queen room with bunk beds (3 beds) looks out to ocean with balcony access. A day bed in hallway is ok for smaller folk each bed has a tv. 4 tvs in house. Wifi is very good.

This was the perfect stay for our first trip with our baby. Well stocked kitchen, nice grill, and great views from every window were the highlights of our stay. It felt very private being an end unit, and we never heard the neighbors. Beautiful sunsets over the cape across the bay. Highly recommend this property!
