Absolutely amazing home. The best rental we have ever stayed in! The views were beautiful, fire pits got used all week, beds felt like you were sleeping on a cloud, spacious, clean, lots of bathrooms - we couldn’t have had a better stay! We stayed here the weekend of our wedding and it was perfect! We hope to come back in the future.

perfect for a large family get away

We visited this property with our extended family for a week in early June. It was perfect for us to enjoy each other's company. The ensuite bathroom in each room was amazing. The place is beautiful and well stocked. We had no issues while we were there, so had no reason to contact management, but they did stop by to say hey the day that we arrived and were available if needed during our entire stay. I would highly recommend this place.

Wonderful property

This was a beautiful property. The grounds are amazing and the house is large but very inviting. We enjoyed our stay so much! I highly recommend this house to anyone looking to stay on Cape Cod needing a home for a large group.

Wonderful Stay & Excellent Property Manager

We had our family reunion here with adults and children and absolutely loved this home. We've rented several homes over the last 40 years and I have to say the property management company, Pretty Picky, was the most attentive and responsive management company I've ever worked with. The house was perfect for everyone hanging out in the kitchen and living areas and I personally loved taking the kayaks out behind the home. If you're looking to host a large family reunion with children and adults, this is your spot!

Even better than expected!

The pictures - as pretty as they are - simply cannot do the house and property justice. We were all blown away at how beautiful and perfect the house and surroundings are. The house had everything you could need or want. Every detail was thought of. And the process from start to finish was easy. I cannot recommend this house any more enthusiastically. You will be happy!

Amazing New Year’s Celebration

We had a large group of friends with a few small children and it was an amazing trip. All of the rooms with attached bathrooms were a hit, and the home theater was great for kids and adults. Even with 20 people we felt there was more than enough room. We hope to return!

An Incredible Cape Cod Weekend

We had the most incredible stay at the Quivett compound and could not have asked for anything better. Everything we could have ever wanted and needed was on the property. The property managers were so kind and easy to communicate with. All the information that we needed for our stay was clearly communicated in an app. We had a fantastic time spending the weekend with our family, enjoying the pool and patio/deck, grilling, hanging out by the fire pits at night and watching movies in the movie theater. We can’t wait to do it again!

Perfect House

Family fun

My husband’s family flew in from out of town for a few days and we rented the house to accommodate 15 of us. We had tons of space and everyone was very comfortable. The setting is so beautiful and it was wonderful to wake up to see the marsh and beach beyond every morning. The kitchen was huge and perfect for cooking a huge meal for everyone, which we did a couple times. Would definitely recommend this to anyone looking to get away with a big group!

Perfect for big family gathering

This property was beautiful both inside and outside. The living spaces and bedrooms were roomy, bright, clean and well-appointed. Outdoors, the view of the marshes and Bay beyond were stunning, and the grounds were well maintained. We would highly recommend it and would love to visit again.

What a house!

We were a group of 12 people celebrating a very, special birthday. My first impression, as we drove up to the house was, WOW, and it just kept getting better. The kitchen area is amazing. The appliances are all top of the line. The pantry contains everything you can think of and more. There are several, different coffee makers, sandwich makers, a blender, irons, drink containers, toaster, ice maker, a rice cooker...and many more items. The cookware, utensils and bar items were also all top of the line and too numerous to name. Whatever you wanted and needed was there and then some. The are several living , or gathering areas on each floor. The furniture is comfortable and beautiful. Pillows and throws are everywhere which makes it nice and cozy. There are several games for adults and children in cabinets. The bedrooms are all beautifully furnished and have very, comfortable mattresses. They all have large screen TVs as well. Each bedroom has its own bathroom which is great. There are showers and tubs in various bedrooms which gives the guest a nice choice. The views from the bedrooms are spectacular, especially at sunset. The downstairs level has a pool table and an air hockey table which provide hours of entertainment. When you finish playing, there is a HUGE theater room with comfy, reclining, leather chairs. Many hours were enjoyed there. You can show DVDs or access your own Netflix, HULU...accounts. We made many family memories, especially when the tornado hit the next town. We lost power for a day and a half. Lucky for us there is a brand new outdoor kitchen complete with a sink, refrigerator, and beautiful BBQ. The owner left several tanks of propane, so we could grill whatever we wanted. There is also a fire pit and the owners left supplies for s’mores. We thoroughly enjoyed each and every minute of our family vacation.

Summer 2019

There were 18 of us, 9 kids (ages 9-14) and 9 adults. We never felt crowded and always had something to do. The house being brand new was a bonus. Everything was pristine. Plenty of seating for everyone at the multiple couches. The dining table seats 10 and there are 4 bar stools. The pool was used every day and we played corn hole and wiffle ball in the expansive yard. The fire pit on the patio was perfect for S'Mores. Although the outdoor kitchen was not completed, we did have a BBQ that worked fine. Once the outdoor kitchen is completed that will be a great addition. The view is beautiful and serene. We kayaked a few times. Just a heads up-bring water shoes as the walk down through the marsh is tough on the feet. Each bedroom and bathroom was nicely appointed. The sheets were super soft and there are ceiling fans in most rooms. The views from the 2nd floor bedrooms (that face the water) and the downstairs master bedroom were breathtaking. A Blowdryer in each bathroom and enough little toiletries to get through the first day. The Cape Cod Museum of Natural History was great for the kids (and adults), as was Breakwater Beach at low tide (get a parking pass at Town Hall up the road). We enjoyed a rousing game of mini-golf at Pirates Cove where many hole-in-ones were had. Communication with property manager/owner was easy and frequent (any small problem or question we had was answered immediately). Do not hesitate, book this house immediately!

Beautiful Week on Cape

This house exceeded all our expectations. We are a 4 generational family ranging in age from 70 to 6 months. Everyone oohed and aahed as soon as they drove up the beautiful property. The house is outstanding, yet very cozy. The home is beautifully decorated with many seating areas. The kitchen is extremely well stocked, with everything from a keurig to vitamix blender to waffle irons. There is every type glass and cookware. We could tell the kitchen was stocked by someone who knew their way around a kitchen. For this reason, we mainly had our meals made together in the house. The bedrooms are beautiful with amazing views of the marsh and Brewster bay. There are two fire pits on property, a wood one and a propane one. Kids loved roasting marshmallows at the wood one. The pool has many seats, and is very safe with a locking gate. Yard is landscaped and huge. Everyone loved playing football at night. The movie room was another huge hit. Every night was movie night. There is also a pool table downstairs. There are two sets of washers and dryers along with an iron and ironing board dstairs as well. Every bedroom had a hairdryer in it, which was a nice touch. The towels are thick, not thin and cheap. Bedding was high quality as well. We rented kayaks from a nearby place and they were delivered within a few hours. Kayaking behind the house was beautiful. We truly loved every second in this House, so much so that we didn’t do many of our planned outings because we were enjoying the house so much. This truly will make a one of a kind Cape Cod vacation for your family.

Unbelievable views of the Ocean

We are so pleased to have rented this amazing place last weekend. We signed up for this house only a week before. We had one of the most memorable times at this house, the pictures on the website do not do justice to this beautiful place. Most of the 10 bedrooms in the house have unbelievable ocean views, the other two bedrooms have views of the back waters. All common areas of this house have great ocean views. Three days was not enough to explore the whole house, we had 3 generations of our family for this vacation and there were multiple regions in the house to give enough privacy and also get everyone together at one place when required. The furniture and the appliances in the house are of very high quality and the kitchen is extremely well equipped, in general a great cooking and dining experience. We had a great time at the pool and the very big backyard with extremely well furnished outdoor space. It was an amazing experience to sit in the vast deck and patio space watching the sun rise and set over the water. Murali and the caretaker were very friendly with us during the whole process and were always available to us for any questions. We look forward to coming back here again next year. Thank you, Kathy
