The open-concept main living area features comfortable seating centered around a 75-inch Smart TV. Feel free to log in using your own streaming accounts during your stay and remember to log out before departure. Downstairs, the basement family room offers an impressive 85-inch Smart TV, creating the perfect space for movie nights or watching the big game. Every bedroom is also equipped with its own 55-inch Smart TV for added comfort and privacy.

Enjoy music throughout the home with the Sonos sound system. Simply connect to the home`s Wi-Fi, download the Sonos app on your mobile device, and join the system to start streaming your favorite playlists.

You`ll also find a selection of board games stored in the cabinet, perfect for family game nights after a day on the mountain.

The home is equipped with central heating and air conditioning, as well as a tankless hot water system, providing continuous hot water so everyone can comfortably shower after a day on the slopes.

KITCHEN & DINING

The fully equipped chef`s kitchen is designed for gathering and entertaining. It includes modern appliances, ample counter space, cookware, dishes, utensils, slow cooker, air fryer and everything needed to prepare anything from quick breakfasts before skiing to large family dinners after a day outdoors.

No matter the season, adventure is just outside your door. During winter, enjoy exceptional skiing and snowboarding. In spring, summer, and fall, explore scenic hiking trails, mountain biking, fishing, golf, and nearby national parks, making this the perfect destination for every season.

Guests will have full, private access to the entire home during their stay, including all living areas, bedrooms, bathrooms, the fully equipped kitchen, private hot tub, sauna, and balcony.

The only area that is not accessible is the owner`s closet located inside the downstairs king bedroom. This closet is reserved for owner storage and will be securely locked.

We are committed to ensuring you have a wonderful stay. While we respect your privacy and will not be on-site, we are readily available via the messaging app or phone to answer any questions or address any needs that may arise during your visit.

The property offers ample parking, with space for up to 3 vehicles directly in front. Additional parking is also available in the lot, so guests can conveniently park without needing specific directions.

🚭 No Smoking or Vaping inside the home. This includes all rooms and common areas.
🎉 No Events or Parties: Large gatherings and events are not allowed. Unregistered guests or visitors are also not permitted—please contact us in advance if you need to make exceptions.
🪑 Please do not move or rearrange furniture.
🗑️ Excessive Trash: Extra fees will apply if there is an excessive amount of trash left behind. Please use the trash bins provided.
🚽 Please do not flush feminine products, wet wipes, diapers, or anything other than toilet paper. The home is on a septic system and flushing these items will cause damage.
❄️ Winter Travel: From December through March, we highly recommend 4WD and snow tires or chains due to snowy conditions and mountain roads.
