Con un acceso inigualable durante todo el año y vistas excepcionales, esta casa contemporánea de cedro es única en el área de Brian Head. Se accede a través de un puente de cincuenta pies, esta casa se encuentra en la ladera de la montaña Ridgeview, con vistas espectaculares y sin restricciones sobre la montaña Brian Head, la estación de esquí, el estanque Bristlecone y todo el valle de la ciudad de Brian Head debajo. Está a dos minutos en coche del área principal de estacionamiento de la estación de esquí. Completamente renovada con expansiones en los años 1990 y 2000, esta casa tiene cuatro áreas de dormitorio (una suite principal con chimenea decorativa y bañera de hidromasaje en el baño principal), un baño completo con bañera de hidromasaje, medio baño, sala de estar con pantalla LCD de 42 pulgadas televisión y una gran chimenea de leña, cocina moderna con todas las comodidades, loft / oficina con terminales de computadora, conexión inalámbrica a internet rápida y una vista increíble de las montañas, y un solarium con bañera de hidromasaje para seis hombres, pequeño gimnasio y sauna. Una sala de lavandería con lavadora / secadora moderna y literas para cuatro niños complementan el sótano, junto con una sala de cine en casa que contiene un televisor LED de sesenta pulgadas. TV por satélite, tres terminales de computadora, WiFi, teléfonos e internet están incluidos. Debido a la naturaleza de múltiples niveles de esta casa, no es accesible para sillas de ruedas y no es adecuada para personas con discapacidades de movilidad. También podría no ser adecuado para algunas personas mayores, dependiendo de su condición física. El alquiler tiene camas para hasta seis adultos y cuatro niños / adolescentes / adultos pequeños. House was in a good location, but very old and run down. You can tell it's a 20 year old home and a rental. I had to have them come and fix the heaters and fireplaces since they were not working. You can hear everything in the house as the walls and doorsdoors are very thin.

The location of this property is just perfect! Close to things but on a quiet street with a little bike path that walked through the fields (perfect for morning dog walks). And the view was so pretty!! The property itself is older but was clean and well stocked. It’s 4 floors so you’re doing a bit of stairs so I wouldn’t recommend it for people with bad knees. We arrived when it was dark so my boys got a little spooked discovering the property in the dark (the sauna room scared them to death hah). The indoor hot tub was fun too! Just a heads up, The master bed was soooo soft it smooshed down with no support so my hubby and I ended up sleeping on the bunk bed mattresses. I realize that’s a personal preference not a problem, just wanted others to be aware in case you can’t do soft mattresses. But we loved our stay other than that! The host was very easy to reach and super pleasant! You can tell he takes pride in his house!

Great location and Communcation with property manager. Well stocked kitchen. Ony down side - no window screens. It gets as little warm in the summer (especially this summer) and we were leaving windows open to get a little relief. Open widows with no screens - bugs.

This is definitely a unique house! Our kids loved staying here, using the jacuzzi, it was clean, it’s literally minutes from the slopes! Unfortunately there was a power surge during our stay and the appliances were not functioning afterwards. Rich, the owner, was so responsive and jumped into action. He refunded us due to the fact that we had to vacate. We really appreciated how helpful he was. I would definitely recommend this property!

It was a nice place for us & our nephews to come together. Our nephews flew into Cedar City & was a quick 45 min drive to the unit. It was very well stocked. Minutes from the ski lifts. 2 minute drive to Brian Head, less than 15 min drive to Navajo. There were a lot of stairs but going up & down, for me, was good exercise for my knees. Family really enjoyed the place. Oh, btw, the hot tub was a hit.

Almost everything about the house and its location was perfect. The only thing about the house that was a bit of a pain, was the fact that wasn't a bathroom on the bottom level. So the guest that slept down there had to go up and down the stairs, in the middle of the night. And the clean people really need to clean out the big coffeemaker. Otherwise, everyone was very happy.

Overall we loved the property and it was wonderful having all my questions answered by our host before I even had the opportunity to ask!! The only areas for improvement were the shower cleanliness (but I’m also notoriously picky about such things so take that criticism with a grain of salt), and the state of the mattress in the master bedroom wish caved in toward the center. The kids loved the home and so did we. Conveniently located near both lifts and the general store. Would definitely book again!

The house was unexpected on every level. There was something on every level that was useful for anyone. From the upstairs loft with a fireplace and desks, the next level was a inviting and comfortable living room, kitchen, wet bar and outside balcony with a nice BBQ and an amazing view. On to the third floor, small bedroom with a queen bed, bathroom with a tub and shower and the master bedroom with a comfortable king size bed, fireplace, very large bathroom with a sunken jacuzzi tub large sink area and a really cool shower with multiple shower heads. Onto the bottom floor, nice big family room with a tv and another room with double bunk beds and a washer and dryer, the small hallway off the room has a really nice sauna, off the family room is another bedroom with a queen bed and a large room with a nice spa and a work out area. It is a really nice house that anyone and any size family or group would enjoy as much as we did. And dogs are allowed, which makes it nice if you cant leave them at home. Rich is a great host for this house with many great suggestions.

Loved the location of the home. Beautiful views and cozy. The parking area was large which was great because we have a large truck. Easily accessible and the owner responds quickly. We had to change our travel days and it was done without any issues. Thank you for that. My family is greatful. I liked that there was plenty of pots and utensils in the kitchen. It is pet friendly, so expect to see some pet hair in the carpet. It was a little stale smelling upon entry, we bought some air fresheners which helped with that. Overall, it was a nice stay.

Our only negative experience was not due to the property or the owner's co-operation.We understand that on a practical level ,there is no need for air conditioning given the primary purpose of the property.However,when we opened the windows to enjoy the cool and fresh air,the flies ,bees and wasps were overwhelming due to no screens on the windows.As a result,the top 2 floors were quite stuffy.Bur overall,I would most certainly and favorably recommend this property.
