Great lake weekend. House is roomy enough for 4 people. The view is amazing and the location was just right. Quiet neighborhood but close to casino, Sylvan beach and other attractions.

Beautiful location

This was the perfect get away. The location on the end of the point was spectacular with beautiful sunrises and sunsets sitting right on the deck. We had a great time!

The cottage location is central to many area attractions. It is a relaxing spot to enjoy any kind of weather. Sunsets are beautiful and watching storms is even more so.

Very nice property

We stayed here for a week in October. We had a nice time and the cabin is very clean and comfortable. It is right on the lake and the sunsets are beautiful. Also the owner is very accommodating and if we had any questions, he got right back to us. We would stay here again.

The lake house was perfect for our weeklong fishing trip. House had everything we needed and was very clean. Paul was a great host. I would highly recommend this rental.

I would rate my stay at a nightly at Paul Boltman’s house is rental. It was excellent. I enjoyed it tremendously and I’ll be going back next week for another week and I will be renting it again next summer and so thank you very much for a beautiful stay and I hope to see you soon Paul and thank you so much for being a great host Nora.

We stayed here while attending a graduation at Syracuse University, and it was absolutely perfect for what we needed.If you’re looking for a getaway on the lake—boating, fishing, or simply taking in a stunning sunset—this place is hard to beat. The setting is beautiful and incredibly relaxing.And the host—wow. Truly outstanding. He went above and beyond to make sure our stay was seamless and enjoyable. It was clear he genuinely cared about our experience, making sure everything was working properly and that we had everything we needed. That level of attention really made a difference.

Lake Oneida at your doorstep

Our first visit to this area and this well appointed cottage provided us with a comfortable base to begin to experience the lake. Sunset from the deck was particularly special. Recommend visiting nearby Great Swamp Conservancy and experience the trails which wind through this natural wonder.

Great camp on Oneida Lake / Chittenango Creek

This was the perfect 'home base' for me and a couple friends' fantasy football draft. The sunset was stunning. This camp has everything you need.
