“I think the hotel is either new or newly run as they seem to be finding their feet. Check-in was 3pm to 4pm and when I called to say I might be around 6:30, I was told "it's only hour and a half from Manchester" and "there might not be anyone here after 5pm". It felt a bit abrupt in all honesty but when I arrived around 5:30 (Friday school holiday traffic), they were pleasant enough. “Beautiful location, very close to all the main attractions, all within a 3–15 minute walk, including North Bay Beach, Peasholm Park, the Open Air Theatre, SEA LIFE, and the water park.
Communication was helpful and clear throughout our stay.
The property was very quiet, and the room, bed sheets, and towels were exceptionally clean. It was well-equipped, nicely furnished, and felt both modern and cottage-like. The beds were comfortable, and we felt very safe during our stay.
