Great location, helpful owner, convenient parking. Very dated, cold, strange smell (guard dogs/foist?), inadequate shower, uncomfortable beds, could be cleaner. Didn't try breakfast or bar. Not good value for money when booked through Expedia.

There was parking at the property which was good the room i thought id booked was not the same room we was given definitely not big enough for 3 people the bathroom needs upgrading it was more a room for 1 to 2 people didnt realise they had dogs in there either

Stopped for two nights room only apart from checking in I didn’t see anyone. Really enjoyed it would stop again.

Upon arrival, the host didn't mention breakfast. When I went to have a shower, the hot water tap didn't work. The owner tried to fix the shower, but we were left with a trickle to shower in. The plastic shower mat had hair on it. The decor was outdated and wallpaper was peeling off the walls. The towels were rough and old. There were stains on the bed sheets. Overall cleanliness was bad. We did not recieve breakfast in the morning. Will not be returning as not worth the money.

The owner let us in gave us key and took our money, didn't ask if we wanted breakfast next day or give any information. When you walked in there was a smell to the building not sure if it was food or what but I definitely put us off eating. The room was cleaning but wall paper coming away nothing matched the show was cleanish but could she handprints on the tiles. No pressure to the shower. The sign said no vacancies but the other rooms were empty bar one. Not sure if the owner has lost interest but could be a nice place.

The Trinity Bridlington

The landlord was extremely helpful. Allowed us to enter out room early. Was very helpful, had a problem with our tv came and changed it straight away. Nothing seem to a trouble i didnt want an egg, took it off no problem. The breakfast was a full english, and was excellent. There was absolutely no grease on plate and tasted yummy. Had a big pot of tea with breakfast, which is good as myself and friend drink a lot of tea lol. I havent slept in a single bed since i left home quite a few years ago. The bed was comfortable, normally i wake up with aches and pains, woke up with none. We booked this mini break very much last minute. We were both expecting probably a bit of a dive, and upon arrival it was lovely and clean.

We had a lovely stay at the trinity double bed comfy and clean fresh sheets. Bunk beds in kids room ok bit squeaky. Plenty of tea and coffee in room.

Very very poor hospitality

I DO NOT RECOMMEND THAT PLACE to anybody as my family and myself had a terrible experience. We were not offered the room we actually booked on the website. The room we were given upon arrival was small for four people two adults and two children in one small room for 3 days, it was dark and we bearly could breath. No privacy compared to the room we actually booked online. When we enquired about it we were told that was the room we booked which was not. That room we booked online was the only room avaible for a family sleep 4 at that time with privacy separated room with bunk bed for children and one double bed. The room was separated by a door. No picture on our booking to show as evidence. Our given room was dirty with dust in places chlothes and illegal substances were found in one of the drawers we threw in the bin and a nebuliser was also found in the bunk bed which means the room was not thoroughly clean and checked for the next customer. We did not get any housekeeping service at all during our 3 days stay. On their website it stated no towels and bed sheets available i had to ring the guest house to clarify that, i think they should update their website. The toilet was not working properly struggled to flush. In addition the reviews on the website stated excellent for that guest house which i think did not match our experience which i feel was very poor unless people are being treated differently according to preferences. As a family we will never go back there.

The Hotel decoration is tired and in needs to be updated, there was also cleanliness issues with hairs in the towels and on the bathroom sink upon arrival, we did get a good welcome though and were helped with on site parking and assistance with the TV remote.
