We had one evening meal which was good and the service was prompt. The location is perfect with ample parking. We would definitely return.”

“We were greeted with a handshake which is always a good start. Our hosts, Neil and Rosemarie were welcoming and eager to make sure our stay was a good one. Our room was spacious as was the bathroom and shower. We were pleased with the coffee machine and the fridge on the landing for the cold milk. “Honestly it’s a dump. Tiny dirty rooms. Smelly pub with bad food. The location on the sea front is perhaps its benefit but it’s in a parking lot. Avoid”

“Found reception a bit terse and hsd to chase up staff at breakfast on day 2 after waiting in excess of 10 minutes to order our breakfast, could have been longer if I had not chased them up. Other than these two minor events the stay was great”

“The key was collected from the shop serving the petrol station which I didn’t know at the time. There is a Greggs and Subway which is very handy for food etc. also the garage station is a Londis which sells items as well. The actual rooms are located behind the building of Greggs and Subway hidden away from the main public area and road. My room was clean and the bathroom was clean and functional.
