Large modern house at the foot of the mountains with swimming pool and 2 Siberian cats

10 minutes from Grenoble and at the foot of the Belledonne massif, this house offers the calm of the countryside while being close to the amenities of the city. Its location at an altitude of about 500m² and in the middle of the greenery is appreciable when the high heat of summer is felt. The accommodations are also air-conditioned in the three master bedrooms and has a small swimming pool of 10m², very pleasant to cool off. For those who prefer more natural waters, the lakes of Laffray or Monteynard are only 20 and 30 minutes away (and many others in the vicinity).
2 very cuddly Siberian cats (hypoallergenic) will welcome you. We have arranged for a cat-sitter to visit, but if you agree to take care of feeding them (and empty the litter from time to time), we can deduct the cost of cat-sitting from the rental.
8 fixed beds are available in the bedrooms, to which you can add the double sofa bed in the living room and two single mattresses (12 beds in total). 1 bathroom on each floor with separate toilets + 1 third toilet in the laundry room. The house has garden furniture and two outdoor dining tables. Possibility to use the pizza oven and the wood-burning barbecue.
In the laundry room, a washing machine and a dryer are at your disposal and many household appliances (oven, dishwasher, microwave, Monsieur Cuisine, Air-fryer, coffee machine with percolator) equip this house.
