Chalet romántico con encanto en un pueblo histórico del Lago de Como

Este chalet fue construido hace veinte años, con la piedra original de las ruinas de un edificio muy antiguo. Las vistas son impresionantes.
El jardín en la planta baja es ideal para el descanso y la relajación.
Se proporcionan dos tumbonas con cojines acolchados.

La primera planta, con pisos de baldosas de piedra y vigas de madera a la vista, tiene un área de estar con un banco acolchado,
una cocina completa con 4 fuegos, un horno,
un contador de acero inoxidable, y un gran balcón.

Tiene una mesa en la terraza para comer al aire libre.

El segundo piso tiene suelos de madera,
techos altos inclinados con vigas de madera,
y una gran ventana francesa que se abre en un pequeño balcón my lindo.
Hay un dormitorio con una cama de matrimonio,
y un cuarto de baño con bidet y ducha.

Los aeropuertos de Milán están a 40 minutos de distancia.

Es muy cerca de Laglio (Villa de George Clooney) y Cernobbio,
con sus excelentes restaurantes.

Uno puede tomar barco-tours, que paran en las villas de fama mundial y sus jardines botánicos.

Se aconsejan excursiones de un día a Como y Milán con su arte y cultura, restaurantes y tiendas (tiendas de diseñadores, pañuelos de seda y lazos).

What a beautiful property for out romantic getaway. Absolutely loved sitting in the yard reading my book while listening to the church bells. Our host was wonderful in communicating restaurant ideas and other needs. Be mindful of the 88 stairs to the property however we loved getting the exercise after a big Italian meal!

Absolutely blown away by the view- such an incredible villa. The hosts are wonderful- excellent communication, perfect instructions and an easy process from start to finish. Would go back in a heartbeat- highly recommend!As mentioned in the listing, there are significant stairs up to the villa- worth it, but be mindful if that will be an issue for you.

Vacation

Our stay was lovely! Hosts were great and extremely responsive and helpful. The views were awesome. If you're accustomed to driving on tiny roads, having a rental car would be perfect as groceries and food options are generally in other towns. There are a few hiking trails in Brienno that take you through the old part of the town with deteriorating buildings which was very cool to see. Great place to stay!

What a View!!!

In a vacation destination like Lake Como where it’s one amazing view after another, there is no more amazing view than the one directly from this beautiful chalet. Lilia was super responsive and very thorough, making it easy to find. I fully recommend this amazing property for your Lake Como visit.

A feel of authenticity

A fantastic place for a non-entitled traveler couple. A no-frills accommodation with a strong feeling of connectedness to the area and to history. The host made the logistics very easy. We really enjoyed our stay and will consider it in the future.

First time in Lake Como and we LOVED this stay!

Lilia and Carmen were extremely responsive, the place was private and had the most amazing views. It was in close proximity to Como and other small towns around the lake. It was our first time staying in the area and we will be back again. Romantic, quaint, stunning views, accessible location, 10/10.

Incredible in every way!

Host provides perfectly detailed instructions to get to the house. Without them it would be pretty tricky to find but well worth the steps! The house is supplied with everything travelers need in Como. The house is perfect for able bodied and couples visiting Como.

PERFECTION!!! The views of Lake Como do not get better than this! The stairs up are NO JOKE but so worth it! I can’t stop raving to all my friends about the “fairytale land” we stepped into when we arrived at the cottage; I could have stayed a month!

Lake Como Chalet

Chalet Lilia exceeded our expectations. Clean, comfortable, and the views are amazing. Brienno is a very quiet and peaceful town. Took the ferry to Bellagio which was beautiful but very crowded, couldn't to get back to Brienno.
