“The Capra Saas-Fee is a beautiful 5-star hotel, but for us it simply didn’t live up to the hype, especially considering the price.
The hotel itself is lovely, but the service didn’t feel particularly personalised or attentive. We even had to ask three times for our cable car passes. “We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this hotel from the moment we arrived until the 9th day we checked out. Our junior suite, adorned with red rose petals felt extra special for our anniversary. We especially loved the generous breakfast buffet and the option to order from the a la carte menu at no extra charge. Also pleasantly surprised to find complimentary sparkling wine and unlimited bottled water from their well and you if you like you can also drink water from the faucet. It was so nice...

“We stay one night. Fortunately was the superior room with balcony. The views were superb, but that was all. Tiny room, no space for the lugagge and small bathroom; you have to bend the head when crossing the door of the bathroom or when having a shower. Very old furnitures. We will not come back.”

“The two persons in the reception are the worst people you can have to represent the hotel, they are rude specially the lady. But the people in the restaurant and the kitchen are the best, five ⭐️ for them.”
