House is great, spacious. Great location with walking distance to Bright central and all shops and amenities. Front yard could use some landscaping as there were over grown bushes and trees impacting entry-exit. The property itself is true to the advertisement. However, there is a power shortage that triggers the safety switch. There were 10 of us staying with 5 kids during winter so days-nights get cold. We had to run the heating. What we noticed the dishwasher wouldnt work through and it will stop 5 min into a cycle. The property management said, try switching few heaters and/ or applicances to see if it will finish the cycle. We ended up handwashing and drying dishes for 2 days, taking us over and hour each time. This is not acceptable, especially when paying $3000.00 for a 3 night stay. Expectation is that everything in the property will function, not for us to save on heating and or lights and or TV ( mind you 5 kids were staying) so when dinner/lunch time came around we needed them quite so we can finish up cooking to ensure them being fed. I would strongly suggest the power shortage being fixed as its not acceptable. The response provided from property management was poor and honestly not acceptable. You cant say its not too cold, try not heating the bedrooms to see if the dishwasher will work. Their tolerance of cold and our tolerance of cold are different and with 5 kids staying at the property heating needs to work.
