Stag, hens, corporate & families are all welcome. These apartments have 5 bedrooms, 2 lounges, 2 kitchens, 3 bathrooms with large showers & wc's plus an additional shower room.
The ideal location for groups coming to Brighton to celebrate - only 10/15 minutes walk from Brighton Station - 15 minutes walk to Brighton Pavilion and 5 minutes walk to The Lanes and all the restaurants, bars and nightlife there.
One of the best thing's is it's above a great pub in Brighton Called The Admiral (previously The Cornerstone) - which offers a whole range of dining and entertainment literally on your doorstep (with a door leading directly into the pub from the main entrance hall!).
The flat is ideal for groups mainly because of its proximity to The Lanes etc. but it also works really well for extended families who want to explore the area. This area has just had residential parking permit restrictions put in place (as all areas of Brighton now have) with pay and display parking bays available.
OVERVIEW The flat itself is spacious and airy with lots of space for the group to spread out. With a large comfortable open plan lounge/kitchen area on the 2nd floor and an additional large lounge with extendable dining table on the 2nd floor - it offers a great space to catch up as everyone gradually arrives, with room to spread out and relax whilst people get ready, before heading downstairs to the bar to really start the weekend and enjoy yourself.
LOUNGE/DINING AREA - 2ND FLOOR This large room is dominated by the 3 large windows which offer lots of light and views of the city. With 2 large sofas and additional stools this is a great space for catching up together as everyone starts to arrive, as well as a relaxing place to enjoy a quiet morning coffee as your group rallies itself from the night before.
The room also has a large breakfast bar with stools which comfortably seats 8 - 10 people for dining.
The kitchen has everything you need to cater for larger numbers, as well as the crucial dishwasher. It also has an oven, hob, fridge freezer and all the utensils and tools you would need.
There are two big sofa beds - offering comfortable sleeping accommodation for up to 4 more people.
LOUNGE DINING AREA - 1ST FLOOR This large room is dominated by three large windows which offer lots of light. With two large sofas and huge dining table that easily fits 8 and can extend to fit 12.
The sofas are huge which convert in to large double beds – which are really easy to use and have proper slatted bases so are just as comfy your own bed!. As is the chair bed which can be also be used.
BATHROOMS - SECOND FLOOR The flat offers 2 double shower rooms and WC's (as well as a separate sink unit in the larger bedroom) - meaning groups can get ready 2 or 3 at a time for the all-important night out . They are both smart and modern with stylish fittings and windows to the rear of the building.
BATHROOM - FIRST FLOOR Beautiful contemporary bathroom with a lovely brand new double shower fitted, WC and sink.
SHOWER ROOM - FIRST FLOOR Newly fitted separate shower room - perfect if you're all rushing to get ready.
MAIN BEDROOM - SECOND FLOOR This room has the additional sink unit and has beds for 4 people - 2 beds being adult bunks and 2 other beds being available as either a double or 2 singles as suits the group best.
2ND BEDROOM - SECONF FLOOR This bedroom offers sleeping accommodation for 3 people with 2 single beds (which again can be configured to either twin beds or a double) and also an additional chair bed which is solid and full sized - offering a good nights sleep
3RD BEDROOM - SECOND FLOOR This bedroom offers 3 more beds (which again can be configured to either twin beds or a double) depending on requirements.
MAIN BEDROOM - FIRST FLOOR This room has beds for 4 people which includes 2 single beds and a full sized adult bunk bed for 2 more people.
2ND BEDROOM - FIRST FLOOR This bedroom offers sleeping accommodation for 3 people with 1 single bed and also full sized adult bunk bed for 2 more people.
WASHING MACHINE The flat also has it's own washing machine for your laundry requirements.
Responsibility We take our responsibility to the local community very seriously – and that means that we want noise kept to a minimum so we don't upset our neighbours or other guests. Brighton has so much to do that I'm sure you won't be in the apartment for long!!!
Guest access Guests share the main entrance hall with the pub cellar and also other guests staying in the apartment on the first floor. The pub kitchen is also located on the first floor - the door will be locked when not in use and closed when in use.
