The host cancelled 24 hours before the stay, with not much remorse or reason.They only cancelled on message, and not officially on the VRBO app, meaning I had to spend a long time on the phone to VRBO customer service to ensure I got my money back. (At one stage, it was even mentioned that the host had marked that we HAD stayed at the accommodation).As a side note, the VRBO customer service were really helpful. Everyone I spoke to was patient, and made sure my problem was solved.
