The apartment is arranged on one level and has three steps to the main entrance. Its standout feature is the location; you're right in the middle of everything, with Brighton's famous Palace Pier just outside and Brighton Station only a short trip away. With so much within easy reach, there's no need to have a car while enjoying the beach, attractions, restaurants, and shops.

PROPERTY LAYOUT

Seaview Haven is a ground-floor apartment with three steps to the main entrance. The accommodation is arranged on one level with two bedrooms, a bathroom, a living area, and a kitchen.

KITCHEN/ LIVING AREA

The comfortable living area provides space to relax after a day by the sea, with large sash windows bringing in plenty of natural light and offering lovely sea views. The sofa bed provides additional sleeping space for up to two guests, with sofa bed linen stored in the storage compartment on the longer side of the sofa. There is also a Smart TV, free Wi-Fi, and an extendable dining table with seating for up to six guests.

The fully equipped kitchen includes an induction hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, mini fridge, kettle, and all essential cookware, glassware, crockery, and cutlery, making it easy to prepare anything from a quick breakfast to a relaxed meal. Complimentary tea and coffee, along with salt and pepper, are provided, so please help yourself. If you prefer, you can simply relax and watch a movie on the Smart TV by streaming your favourite show through Netflix or Prime (just log in with your own account).

BATHROOM
- The bathroom has a shower over bath, sink, mirror, and toilet.
We provide plenty of bath towels, hand towels, and bath mats.

BEDROOMS
Bedroom 1, double bed, sleeps 2
Bedroom 2, single bed, sleeps 1, with the option of a pull-out single trundle bed below that sleeps an additional 1 person.
Living area, L-shaped sofa bed, sleeps 2.
Please note that the sofa bed and the optional pull-out trundle bed in bedroom 2 are not made up so you can enjoy the space.
Plenty of fresh bed linen is provided for all beds.

PARKING:

There is no dedicated parking space at Seaview Haven. On-street parking may be available in the surrounding area, including pay-by-phone options. Parking restrictions and charges vary, so guests should check the signs and local parking information on arrival.

Seaview Haven enjoys a fantastic position on Brighton's Marine Parade, right by the seafront and beach. Brighton's famous Palace Pier, SEA LIFE Brighton, Volk's Electric Railway, Royal Pavilion, i360, The Lanes, Kemptown and city centre are all within easy reach. It's a great base for enjoying Brighton's beaches, independent shops, restaurants, bars, and lively seafront, with many of the city's best-loved attractions right on your doorstep.

A Little Brighton History
The Royal Suspension Chain Pier was Brighton's original pier, opening in 1823 and extending more than 1,100 feet into the sea. Designed by naval engineer Captain Samuel Brown, it became an important landmark during Brighton's transformation into a fashionable seaside resort. The pier was visited by members of the Royal Family and featured in paintings by artists including J.M.W. Turner and John Constable. After decades of exposure to the sea, it was badly damaged and eventually collapsed during a major storm in December 1896.

Our Guest Promise

We want you to arrive at a spotless home. If anything has been missed with the cleaning, please let us know straight away, and we will put it right as a priority. If we are unable to resolve it on the same business day, we will offer to move you to another property or refund you for the affected time!

Check-In

We’ll send your check-in instructions via email and SMS at 3 pm on your arrival day for check-in from 4 pm, once your damage deposit/waiver has been paid.

Damage Deposit

We work closely with our property owners to protect their homes and take damage deposits for all bookings. The day before check-in (or on the same day, if applicable), you’ll receive a 3D Secure link to select your preferred damage deposit option. The full deposit is simply pre-authorised on your card and released within 7 days of check-out if no breakages or damages are reported. Guests who prefer not to do a fully refundable damage deposit have the option of a one-off non-refundable damage waiver at a much lower cost.

Smoking

To keep our properties fresh and clean for all guests, smoking of any kind, leaving traces behind suggesting smoking of any kind, or vaping (including e-cigarettes), is not allowed indoors. Please smoke on the street or patio area, if available.

Noise

To help keep things peaceful for our neighbours, we kindly ask that noise be kept to a minimum between 10 pm and 8 am. We want you to have a great time. A little consideration goes a long way to making sure everyone can enjoy their evenings (and get a good night’s sleep!)

Not all properties can host hen, stag, or similar group celebrations. If you’re planning one, just drop us a message, and we’ll happily guide you to a property that can accommodate your group.

Please note that call-outs due to excessive noise or parties may incur a fee.

Pets

This property is not pet-friendly.

Check-Out

Check-out is by 11 am. Unauthorised late departures may incur a £50 per hour fee.

Before You Leave and as a consideration to future guests, please:

Wash up the used dishes.

Bag rubbish and use the correct recycling bins.

Return keys to the key safe (OR) Keynest location.

Switch off the lights.

Close all windows.

Turn down the heating.

These steps help us prepare for the next guests and save energy; every little bit counts.

Age Policy

The lead guest must be 21 or over. We cannot accept bookings where the majority of guests are under this age. If unsure, please contact us before booking.

A Quick Note on Deposits and Property Care

If any of the above guidelines aren’t followed, we may need to make deductions from your deposit to cover additional cleaning or damages. We hope that’s never necessary!
