    Enjoy at the best table in Brighton with a direct view of the iconic Brighton seafront, the ocean and the Palace Pier. Take walks along the Beach and enjoy a candlelit bath in the large deep tub and end the day in a velvet bed!
    This is a beautiful and safe space. A professional cleaning company using dettol antiviral and antibacterial products prepare the apartment for each stay and check in is by keysafe.

    This romantic apartment is on the second floor of a Grade II Regency building right on the seafront and in the middle of the city. There are amazing sea views from the bedroom and lounge from where you can see both Piers. It is beautifully decorated in a period style with chandeliers, silver velvet furniture and a luxury bathroom beautifully fitted with a large deep bath, shower and heated floor. The lounge has an ornamental period fireplace a bow shaped bay window where there is a private dining table for two. This is a fabulous place to have a special meal and you have a huge range of amazing restaurants who deliver their meals. You can dine as if you have the best private room with the best view in the best restaurant - or step out for a short walk to all the best restaurants Brighton has to offer. This is also a great place to work and there is free superfast fibre wi-fi. There is a large wall mounted Smart TV with Netflix. The kitchen is open plan to the lounge and is fully fitted with everything you need to self cater in comfort. Linen and towels are provided.

    The apartment comes with a permit to use the free parking on the forecourt of the building. This is on a 'first come first served' basis as there are 5 flats and 4 spaces so whilst a parking space is usually available, occasionally guests may need to park around the corner on the New Steine or the High Street car park (both of which are pay and display) until a space becomes free at busy times.

    The bedroom has a silver velvet bed and a luxurious pocket sprung mattress from Laura Ashley. A small window seat incorporated into the built in furniture so that there is an extra place to sit and take in the wonderful view. The apartment is a romantic getaway and a perfect place to escape to, but it can also be a lovely and inspiring place to work. It is within walking distance of all major Brighton attractions and and has a parking space for one car. All major bus routes are nearby and Brighton Station is only about 5 minutes in a taxi (there is always a well stocked taxi rank outside the back of Brighton Station).

    We live in the city and know it well, we want to make your stay in Brighton fantastic and will be on call throughout your stay. Fair trade tea and coffee will be in the cupboard for you to use and we will pop some (dairy) milk in the fridge to welcome you. Please let us know if you would prefer plant milk. Complimentary toiletries including Molton Brown handwash and lotion are also supplied for your convenience.

    This apartment lets you live like a local but with all the luxury of a top end boutique hotel. It's perfect for anyone wanting to take some time out, relax and re-centre.

    This property is a private self-contained apartment with a bedroom, bathroom, lounge and kitchen. You will have full and private use of the whole apartment during your stay. There are four private parking spaces on the forecourt which guests can use on a first come first served basis (you need to check in and pick up the parking permit to use the parking)

    My Housekeeping Service and I will be available if you need any help during your stay. I live just down the road in Hove and can be contacted through Airbnb message or by phone throughout your stay.

    This apartment is on the Seafront, looking out onto the famous Palace Pier. Just behind the building is the fabulous Kemptown, full of independent shops, including well-stocked locally run grocery shops. It is a fun, friendly and lively neighbourhood with something for everyone.

    There are lots of great places to order food from in Brighton but some of my favourites are:

    This apartment is a 5-10 minute taxi ride, or 25 minute walk, from Brighton mainline station and close to a number of bus stop. All the major attractions of Brighton are within walking distance of the apartment which is very centrally located.

    This is a non-smoking apartment in an entirely residential building. Noise restrictions apply after 10pm. Please note that local bylaws require that a person be present in the apartment is the washing machine is used. If you would like to be out whilst the washing is being done please use the St James Laundrette (turn left out of the apartment, first left onto the New Steine and right at the top, you will see the Laundrette on the left, it is less than 5 minutes walk away).

    The parking permit is supplied without charge but must be returned at the end of the stay. Lost permits are charged at GBP35.

    Please leave the apartment clean and tidy as you found it. If you accidentally break or damage anything, please let us know straight away. If you spill things please wipe them up and please dispose of your own rubbish and food before you depart. The communal bins are located on the street outside the apartment building and slightly to the left. Thank you!
